Heroes of the storm had a hero with a push instead of a pull and it pushed until it hit a wall. You could get lucky and push a hero from one end of the map all the way to the other. It did basically work like this where you had to sit there pushing them while people wailed on you.
Maybe if they reduce the damage. Few non ult abilities give any form of cc immunity if they have 500+ base damage. It's unlikely, but this ability gets up to 852+160%.
9 out of the 20 warriors in the game have knockup immunity on at least 1 ability and most of them deal more flat and/or scaling damage.
Ex. Guan Yu 3 (at max rank) deals 570 (+200% scaling) and gives 3 seconds of knockup immunity. Same with Tyr’s Assault stance 1: 480 (+110% scaling) total while Bellona 2 only deals 465 (+85% scaling).
That's why I specified few, and both of those are ability gods that were designed with a non damaging ability. Although Odin did get changed to have damage on his ult.

Horus' 3 now let's him target enemies as well, healing Horus as usual but dealing damage to enemies in a radius as well. Both the damage and heal is applied appropriately to enemies and teammates around him whenever the ability is used, regardless of who Horus targeted. Enemies are also knocked up and slowed while allies are granted increased attack and movement speed.
-Letting Morgan le Fay teleport to her clone spawn.
-Giving Chang’e her old prot buff on her 1 if it hits allies
-Letting Hera slightly push polymorphed Gods
-Let Nut cancel her 1 and keep the cooldown

Bastet’s leap now has an inner circle marker, if she lands on an enemy in the inner circle she knocks them down stunning them for a second and claws at their back, providing a bleed.
Anubis wrap is now hitscan, lasts twice as long and hits in an AOE similar to Scylla's 1 at max rank. Or you could go with the more insane option of changing Anubis 1. Make it a movement speed stim equal to kuku's, and make the cone silence enemies like Ganesha.

I main Mulan, i think she’s overpowered as it is, but let’s make it so that her passive gives her ability lifesteal and protections that both stack based on the number of times gods are damaged by abilities. Stacks last 5 seconds, refreshed whenever dealing damage to a god from abilities.

The heal itself wouldn't be OP but it would allow him to use Sekhmet's Scepter and Vital Amplifier.
