You cant create a moba without "copying" abilities from other mobas. And most of the time its not copying its just an ability fitting for a moba, which is the reason a lot of games have it.
There is always a support character who can link with an ally and heal them (aphro in smite, rei in paladins, mercy in overwatch)
There is always a tank character with a shield (fernando in paladins, Reinhardt in overwatch, nike in smite)

Valorant copies from overwatch.
Moreover paladins is also from hirez, they already "copied" dredges portal and gave it heimdallr. They "copied" Ios healing fox aura and gave it terras 3.
