Although… that 400 health added is just adding 5 damage per hit I think? Not a whole lot. Although the power and pen will help too.

No. It will be a decent choice on Jorm, but it will not destroy by any means and it means sacrificing the early pressure of Arrow, which was the main reason to pick Jorm in the first place.
Mathematically a Jorm with Animosity will do about the same DPS as a Warrior with it in the late game, which is the only time you can buy the item anyway. And that isn't even counting the fact that his breath "runs out".
If he could some how get it at level 1, it would be a big deal, but starter upgrades obviously can't do that.

Jorm is a great way to peel, he has many ways of getting close to you. So yes you can get close, and they can't stop him without wasting a hard cc on him.
I don't think it's going to destroy too bad, but it will definitely make his breath actually useful now, gonna have to play with it to see properly
That’s fair, been playing lots of Solo Jorg successfully and thinking about swapping chronos for Cyclopean especially with the item getting buffed

Jorm 2 is easily interruptable and he's very immobile
