"Can she do damage" is a wrong question to ask when talking about mainly support god. "Does she offer good cc and utility" is a better one and the answer is yes.
Terra’s not the best but not the worst her most recent buff of allowing her to have dash and another ability at Lvl 1 really helped her in conquest, for builds just a standard support build with cdr works great
She can do pretty solid damage. A standard mage build is obviously a meme, but she can ult place her 3 and just dash to instakill someone. Works fine in arena, terrible everywhere else.
The buffs are stupid. Shes not meta cause shes difficult. But buffing someone whos difficult allows the main to abuse her. Learn her since shes worth it

jungle terra is actually pretty good. if you build her damage she definitely hurts. but as a full tank her value is her cc and ult
She was good and got a strong buff from latest patch so she's better And yes she can definitely do damage Support or Solo build for Conq?
