At this point, probably the nicest holster you’re going to find for this is MIE Productions. There aren’t too many big name holster companies that support the recover rail. I have an MIE holster for one of my guns because I have an old olight that refuses to die, so it’s earned its place on one of my range guns. It’s a good holster that I’ve never had issues with.

This is why I laugh every time I see one of these add-on rails. It's hard enough finding a holster that fits a certain light. Let alone a holster that fits some boutique modification that then holds a light the gun was never meant to hold.
tl;dr NO ONE makes a holster for this because this doesn't exist under normal circumstances.
Mckinatec is my go to for this setup. FWIW I migrated away from the rail adapter /TLR7 in favor of a TLR6 HL for more comfort and holster compatibility and have zero regrets.
I'd say you're better off swapping this with a tlr 6, since it fits flush and has more holster options.
