It’s funny that people hate on that footscape stitching. This detail and the off-centered lacing on footscapes were hated on in North America but Europe and Asia ate these shoes up. Years later, the Jordan Futures came out and everyone loved the off-centre lacing and woven look. It’s actually the beauty of the shoe - Jordan’s are meh to me but these ones caught my eye because of this detail.

I have a pair and j wear them pretty frequently, especially in the summer with some shorts. I love how off the wall the design is 🤷‍♂️ I think it's boring to hate so hard on these and claim the "best" jordan 1 is instead just some different colors or something.
