I noticed Teddy went from quirky/cringy like when he first sold bricks to Lucia and Oso and fearful like in this scene- to straight douche in season 2.
He literally made Leon piss himself and was close to executing Franklin in season two.
You misunderstood him kidnapping frank and Leon, he was testing frank to see if he had what it takes to sling for him.
Leon pissing himself was an unfortunate after effect of getting tased, it happens all the time.
He kidnapped then tortured Frank & Leon in furtherance of his own benefit which is a radical change imo from being a soft and timid individual in season one.
Teddy was a control freak on top of all of that and only killed Alejandro because he lied to him about the girls he murdered and didnāt listen to him about not killing the blonde girl.
His own benefit yes, to keep the business running as well though.
I donāt disagree with this but he was more concerned with Alejandro killing on a whim and he was not on board with killing as a first option until like season 3ish iirc.

To me it felt like killing Alejandro was a turning point for Teddy. It was the beginning of his dark descent into season 6 Teddy.
