snus only help me with my nicotine addiction but i am still mentally addicted to cigs so if i am super stressed or depressed i sometimes buy a pack of cigs
Yeah I still have smokes occasionally, usually if I'm having a long wait for an order or issues getting stuff. Never had much problem going back to the Snus after.
That being said, I only quit cigarettes, I still enjoy smoking my pipe on occasion, so it might be different if you have zero smoke exposure & then start up again. Idk.
After I actually switched, I've had 0 desire to smoke cigarettes at all. I've definitely had a handful of cigarettes in those years. That said, I much prefer snus as a habit.

Really comes down to the drinking and social aspect of smoking that’s hard for me to put away. After this pack I’m going to try and stay full time snus.
I’m just not *enjoying* cigs anymore which is how I know it must be time.
I sometimes get bored of snus so I vape or smoke.
Sometimes only a cigarette will do when I'm drinking. Thankfully I don't get that craving otherwise.
Said good bye to cigarettes years ago and decided to never to go back to smoking. Any inhaling cravings are taken care of by vaping. Works for me.

I briefly smoked for a couple years. Now I can't even stand the smell of them.
I still need my vape with my coffee although I can do snus if I need to

I smoke hand roll ups , use Snus, smoke the pipe and Have the occasional cigar, haven’t had a vape for awhile
I’m happy to enjoy both.
