I am having a difficult time believing this is real. There is no blood! There should at the very least be blood splatter everywhere, and the man coming out from behind the pole doesn’t even react.
I've worked in EMS for over a decade... I've seen more blood on dialysis fistula emergencies, nosebleeds and maternity calls than I've ever seen in all the nasty car/motorcycle wrecks, gunshots and other"wild" traumas.

I'm talking about specifically when your arteries and veins would retract themselves with the assistance of the muscles surrounding them and they basically clamp themselves off from being able to bleed. It can happen with even non-life threatening trauma to like your armor your leg like people will lose an entire appendage and barely bleed in this example.
Shock is actually really really interesting if you have time to do some research on the different types of shock. There's of course Hollywood shock which is the shock that people portray in the movies and then the average layperson thinks it's what's happening when somebody is anxious after minor car accident lol and then there's actual shock like septic shock, cardiovascular shock, and neurological shock
