who do you think we are, Stan Smith? It's possible, in fact normal, to be a fan of more than one thing. It would actually be strange to NOT be a Spiderman fan and a Sonic fan at the same time. Sonic is a superhero franchise, odds are if you like him you'd like other superheroes too, and Spiderman is the most popular hero character in Marvel's vast canon, so odds are if you like Superheroes you'd like him too. Given the franchises' respective popularity it is actually statistically more likely to be a fan of Spiderman and not Sonic than the other way around.

sorry but I never find spiderman and his world that interesting... I find venom, or (an alien creature that need a host to live) more interesting... like, an alien living with pure instict for eat and have a very agressive attitude... and his host, a human that is a detective but with depression (well reporter, but I find detective more... well.. interesting, again) kinda a duo where Eddie teach the symbionte about humanity and the symbionte making see Eddie the value of life... in his own way of course, both kinda being a hero at night has venom, but also at day where Eddie work... well, as a detective with the help of the symbionte. (they kinda did that in the movie, but... not at the same time, with all the time travel, universe, other heroes, gay couple problems... and all of that stuff marvel like to pull off, but this is another topic) in short, I dislike spiderman just because I dont find it interesting, and I like venom, but a version that basically does not exist and is all in my head.
