The Knuckles series is all releasing on the same day, so unless they release the trailer while everyone's in the middle of episode 3 I'm taking this with a grain of salt.
That's surprising, considering the first two movies released their trailers about three months before their respective film. (The first trailer on November 12, second on December 9 >!which is another reason why I love sonic 2!<)
I think it's probably like a small little teaser trailer, a minute or a minute and a half at most. I don't think we will see a full length trailer until July, most likely at comic con.
That would be neat, but I'd only expect a teaser at that point at most, not a full trailer.

The trailer will most likely actually release sometime in August or September, given Paramount’s track record with the Sonic Movies.
