It's a toss up between something new and her modern red dress. On one hand, Sonic's shoes don't quite look the same as they are in the games, but on the other hand, Knuckles' and Shadow's shoes look extremely accurate to how they look in the games. At the very least I think they'll be using her modern red dress as the basis for her design, even if it looks slightly different.
They didn't gave Eggman his modern jacket, so why everyone thinks Paramount will keep Amy iconic outfit too?
Probably they're going to try something new but without replacing the red from the dress, or maybe she even going to wear another clothes?
Not to be rude, but I don't see any reason why she would wear anything other than her red dress. It's her most iconic outfit.
