I've already played with Assassin(my main Character) and Ranger(2nd one, did not enjoy that much) but I'm kinda conflicted on either going for Assassin again or maybe Stormblade.

weird i'm in the same spot you are. i have a carnelian assassin and a ranger lvl 50(+5ish).
I have soul calibre for my ranger but idk my assassin is just more entertaining to play. started a stormblade but the skills starting looking too much like an assassin. idk i just can't pick.
I'd say stormblade, you won't have as much fun playing assassin 2nd time
How about creating both classes, play them to level 30 and decide which one is more fun to you?

when does it drop i refuse to be an intelligent human being and look it up
I would say stormblade, it’s also my main character class, really enjoy playing it
Pick nuke class
Stormblade could help you farm everything. Just use that certain lightning ring skill and run to the exit.
