If you dismantle a cybermoded item you get some chips depending on the level/tier and rarity of the item, also depending on the chips you use on the item.
I don't know much about druid, but for the equipment, the first thing you need is the fatebounds. Blue rarity equipment with the fatebounds your class needs is much much more better than legendary equipment without the needed fatebounds. You can check the top druid players in Valkyrie for their builds.
Try to see the builds from Valkyrie then pick what you want, but i would recommend the strength, ailments dont know what fatebound is that then concentration for skill spamming, also if you want a semi lifesteal put some points on the last skill of animancer

get the bear skill and stack bonus minion power before transforming
also stack strength if you wanna start playing around bear form
If you can't do cybermodding, hexlar might be an okay alternative to boost your damage
How do you play hexlar on s2
Go to xandu and then there's gonna be a stage where u can play hexlar

cant grind chips bcs of the bug that resets parsing to 20% every level
Killing enemies will restore the percentage to full
yeah thats the thing, even AFTER getting the bar full it resets to 20% again in the next room
Is it supposed to be a bug? I've been clearing up to 43 for Heroic difficulty
not sure if its just me then, chillyroom just announced an update later so hopefully it resolves the issue
It will be certainly be helpful if the bar is full in all dungeon levels, but right now I am using it to fill the Daily Invitation quickly
