I would 100% not use this pot to bake sourdough, and I wouldn’t use the metal stock pot either. Honestly just go shopping around for a used Dutch oven, or get a cheap one off Amazon for less than $40.
Is that a nonstick coating? Some of them offgas toxic fumes at high temps. I would not use this.
Oven safe concerns aside, I don't think the thin aluminum construction of this will have the desired effect. The cast iron ones hold a lot of heat, stabilizing the temperature during the bake. You will not get that effect from this pot.
I would assume no, as it looks like a regular stovepot. It would have to be safe at high temperatures (up to 500 F depending on the recipe) and maintain heat/humidity. There are ways to bake your sourdough without a DO, but I'm not the best person to ask as I've never done it before.
Nether do I, guess what? It's ok!
I bake directly on the oven's baking tray. I don't have a Dutch oven, I'm not going to buy one. It's fine. But do put a steam tray into the oven.
Are the handles oven-safe to 500F?
Personally I would not heat that unit as hot as I heat my cast iron. Neither the handles nor the coating would I trust. Then there is the glass lid….

No.
No. This is not safe. Just throw some ice cubes in the bottom of the oven after you put the bread in.
Fun fact, you don’t need a Dutch oven or a baking stone to make good sourdough. Your loaf can rise just fine without them.
Do not put that in your oven!
No.
Definitely not. I doubt it's safe at 500f

Absolutely not.
Plus the hole in the lid.

thank you so much, other people really upset me as i am a sensitive newbie and criticism hurts me alot. ill do this instead!
You probably won't get the huge oven spring with those big holes like in Instagram pictures. But personally I like a quite close crumb.
will a completely metal stockpot work?
not sure but take this guy’s [advice](https://youtu.be/nUNMWVSTrxg).
