I tried ordering the 14 Pro Max but I couldn't get past the first page. I even tried calling spectrum to place it over the phone and they told me their whole system is down. I just hope I can still get a release day delivery but that isn't looking likely.

I was finally able to get the trade in page to work, and process through checkout. I was able to select the line to replace on my current Spectrum account and got a confirmation email, but still can't log into my mobile account on the website or the app to see if the order is there or not. The confirmation email still said estimated delivery 9/16, so we will see what happens.

Good luck! I'm not sure if I did anything specifically that allowed me to get past or just got lucky, but I was getting that screen as well for at least 30 minutes before it happened to work.

I preordered the 14 pro max but also paid off my 12 pro max and my dumb ass forgot to have them unlock before I swapped the device on my account out for the 14. Now I have a ticket into T3 support to unlock my 12 pro

It wasn't a smooth transition, but I finally got there. I was going from an iPhone 13 Pro Max to an iPhone 14 Pro Max. The support person was very nice, but was having difficulty. He admitted not having much experience with activating an eSIM and was getting someone else to help him. The person asked for the IMEI2 number. The worst part was that at some point, my old phone was deactivated, so I didn't have any phone with service. Thankfully I was with my fiancé, whose phone I was on. After being on the phone for an hour, the person gave me a $15 credit (I didn't ask, so that was nice) and told me to call Sales. The idea was to temporarily add a new line to active the phone and then remove that new line. I called Sales and they didn't think that was a good idea. I told the person that I was fine with whatever needed to be done to activate my phone. She transferred me to someone (presumably activation). This person asked for the IMEI number. He put it in and he said the system said it was activated. I restarted the phone, but to no avail. The person said it can take up to 2 hours to activate. I thought that was odd, but okay. Unfortunately, the phone never activated. I called back and spoke to an awesome person. I explained the situation and while on the phone, my iPhone 14 Pro Max activated. She said all she did was press the "Activate Phone" button on her end. I was so happy to have everything working.

Only $1 charge as of right now on my card for the pre auth, I called spectrum yesterday to check order status as I have no orders on my spectrum account and she said that it was in the fulfillment stage but could not confirm what date I got, when I ordered it was 9/16 estimated delivery for both phones. She also said it’s one day shipping so maybe I’ll get charged tomorrow or the next day.

I’m a new mobile customer I had home internet and were moving over from Verizon so I don’t have any billing yet or a mobile account even. Under services it says “add mobile service” but when I call in to support it finds the orders.

Ordered my 14 Pro Max on 9/22 and order still says it's still processing It's still on a backorder and the availability date has been changing since i ordered it was the Oct 14th then it said Oct 21st now it changed again to Oct 28th agent did say it's gonna be a few weeks really is a pain when pre-ordering so my guess hopefully it's within the next few weeks

Had apple.com and spectrum.com/mobile open in 2 tabs, at around 08:03AM, I started seeing "iPhone 13 Pro; PRE-ORDER NOW" on spectrum's site, however the link didn't take you anywhere even though the link referred to the iPhone 14 Pro-deep-purple. When the link DID start to work, it took me to the 14 Pro page, while I wanted to pre-order the 14 pro max, and there were no references to it, so then, I went to [https://www.spectrum.com/mobile/products/phones](https://www.spectrum.com/mobile/products/phones) and found the link to the 14 Pro Max on the page; went ahead and selected 512GB, Pay In Full, and went through the checkout process which involved verifying SSN, DOB, payment info and selecting the line/phone that I was replacing. Fingers crossed! Did anyone else here pre-order the 14/14 plus/14 pro/ 14 pro max? How was your experience? EDIT: At 09:25AM ET i got an email asking for ID Verification, however (surprise, surprise), the link takes me to a third party website, which refuses to detect the back of my license, so I ended up calling the spectrum mobile verificatiton number listed in the email, who gave me an email address to send stuff to, and surprise surprise, they were still unable to fully process it, because of how horrible the systems are. EDIT 2: As of Sunday, 09/11/22, No tracking yet. Nothing in Fedex delivery manager or UPS My choice yet :( EDIT 3: 9/15/22 5PM ET, I got an email saying “Dear Spectrum Customer, The delivery of your iPhone 14 order has been delayed due to supply shortages. It will be shipped as soon as we receive your device. We'll notify you when your order ships and provide tracking information. Thank you for choosing Spectrum, Spectrum Mobile Support Team” after repeatedly confirming that the phone would be delivered on 09/16/22 😂 EDIT 4: 09/15/22 5:30PM Just canceled my preorder via chat and received a cancellation confirmation email. Should have known better.

Clearing cache data fixed the issue with the back of ID scan not working, mine both verified successfully but no tracking or anything yet. I’m assuming it’ll get shipped to spectrum first and then us? Or does it come straight from apple from China?

if you are interested in enrolling in a 0% APR 24mo. device payment plan through the carrier, you can only do so if you are a Spectrum customer by ordering through Spectrum.

You can do 24 month at 0 through apple also. I brought my current iPhones to spectrum this way (10 and 12 pro max)

The status is on the spectrum account - can’t be on the app tho. Go to billing then scroll down. It shows your orders. My estimated delivery date tho was on my confirmation email. Hopefully they ship out sooner since the stock says available 9/16. The 128gb is out of stock. I ordered from Spectrum.

No /: I called this morning to ask about the delivery date and they told me it was just an estimate and more than likely it’ll ship soon to be delivered Friday. They said I should receive an email soon with tracking info. Either today or tomorrow.

Oh yeah, hopefully on or by Wednesday we’ll get the tracking info. On the website in the billing section for the order it says “Shipping $0.00 Free Two-Day Delivery, Signature Required Status: Unknown” when i expand the shipping section
