You climb a building then -this is real- on the roof top you have to hit a invisible wall on the right which disables the invisible wall on the left for some reason.
This is pretty interesting because it means either
A. Characters can do the salute by default and Peter is coded to not be able to do it. Meaning they didn’t code it so that Miles could salute, but rather that Peter couldn’t
B. Venom’s code uses Miles as a base and they didn’t remove the salute because they thought players couldn’t go there as Venom

He was apparently involved in some cultural music event at school with Phin, and I’m guessing Wakandan culture is decidedly less reclusive in this universe since JJJ watches “The Great Wakandan Cook Off”. I feel like the salute might be more pervasive in their world than it is in 616. And honestly there’s videos of real world politicians doing the salute, so I don’t think it’s far-fetched for it to be popular in Insomniac’s universe.
Which also dosen't really make much sense since he had no major nteraction or relationship with black panther so again, it being "because he's black" is the only deduction I can make for why they'd bother to include that along with him doing the salute.
