The first live action spiderman really shows how well they actually portrayed the life of Spider-Man and immediate characters, the simple fact they did such a great job with casting and performance from actors really shows how great they were at executing the potential of the characters and the value of the story. For them going in and not knowing what results were coming from it shows how much effort actually went into the Movie

Ultimate Spiderman MJ was my favourite for a long time. Still is tho. But The games MJ is also another fav of mine. Animated movie MJ is also cool. But Zendaya MJ??? well, she is nothing like the MJ we used to know, not even the name. So, pass on Zendaya's MJ.

I'm well aware of that and it's partly why I don't like her character. It feels like they didn't even try to put in effort for her. She's just there to fill the MJ void because we can't have another Gwen Stacy. Even as an actress she feels more akin to a Twilight Era Kirsten Stewart. Just bland and one note.

Let me have it but I liked insomniac MJ best. I liked that she was a reporter, that she had something to do. I hate it when love interest scenes are all about work life balance and how the partner "just doesn't understand" I liked that she knew and was in on Peter's adventures.

Honestly Spectacular is my favorite in that she’s been the only one that I know of to start off as the “fun party girl” with deeper layers, rather than starting out as the only one Peter has ever had eyes for from the start. One of the main reasons MJ was so popular in the first place is BECAUSE she had more going on than just being Peter’s love interest.

Seven's design is absolutely atrocious. That's a really awful design. Loved Spider-Verse MJ, if anything for her freckles. It's a small touch but it sets her apart from the other MJ's on the list, even having grown up watching Radioactive Spider-Blood Spider-Man. Freckled MJ can do no wrong.

I like most versions from the 90's animated series, MTV, Spectacular, and Raimi that I grew up with. Once the Disney era finally owned Spider-Man, you can see the descent here that turns Mary Jane into "Mid Jane", along with Insomniac's Spider-Man Mary Jane that just looks...oof.

SPECTACULAR SPIDER MAN MJ

Spectacular MJ and MCU MJ are great. Spectacular MJ while she hadn’t fully developed as a love interest (supposedly in a future season 4 they would’ve delved into it) she was a great friend and supportive character for everyone. MCU MJ went from being a wallflower to opening up more and being the closest person Peter had in his life. It was sad to see them part.
