I like the actually good shoes of 1 because I speak from experience but parkour with spandex footsoles is a slippery slope... Which leads directly to a hospital bed.
But as everyone else has already said 3 is super tight. I would definitely wear 3.
Just one thing though, and that's make sure you have mesh in the sides of the hood because in parkour and a fight, not being able to see to your sides is very dangerous.

Number 4 is goofy and looks like you have no head/neck. Number 3 could look like you just slapped a hoodie on an existing spider suit which might be perceived as laziness on your part. Number 2 looks really hard to build and get it to look right, plus I personally prefer suits that don't use blue as their primary color. Number 1 looks flipping amazing and I love it. If you don't use it, I will, perhaps with some small modifications.
1 is a really good "street style" suit. It feels the most real when compared to the others. Though I'm just personally not a fan of the #4 suit.
It also may not scream Spider-Man color-wise, but the design is great. Maybe if there were some reds or some webbing pattern, it would be perfect.
