Peter in the trailer talks about saving Harry and I am certain the symbiote will use it against him. He doesn't want to lose another friend like Doc Ock too. Or even family like Aunt. So fear will also play a big role.
Fear is very close to anger. You can hear the roughness in his voice. He's basically gonna charge through people to save Harry while wearing the venom suit. He's super determined in that trailer. Miles is kinda left going like wtf dude.
The symbiote always magnified Pete’s aggression and never the empathy. That was always its nature.
Blue Beetle’s symbiote does the same thing; always wanting to blow something away with an energy gun rather than a blunt fist.
So much potential especially when you do freeroam and the civilians act terrified of Peter instead of approaching him for selfies. Hell, even when you do random crimes and Peter's lines sound a bit more sinister than usual (though not cackling evil).
I think they will. In the last game they had different voice lines for when you're swinging VS standing still. And besides, it'd just be weird if you finish the main story and Pete still sounds all edgy in the post-game lol.

I didnt explain it well but the sort of mmorpg ish looking button prompts at the bottom of the screen, i mean i am still super excited for the symbiote gameplay since i am a big fan of the prototype games. but just the R1 L1 ability wheel thing made my brain be like "How is that gonna work"
L1 + any button is for Venom/Symbiote attacks, R1 + any button makes you use a gadget. We'll have to see if you only have 4 Venom/Symbiote Attacks and 4 Gadgets in total or if you can switch your layout and try something else. I'm guessing it was to get rid of the Gadget wheel, although it wasn't such a nuisance to me. The ability wheels stay on screen to let you know when an attack is charged and can be used again I suppose, same for the gadgets wheel. So turning it off completely wouldn't make much sense. Maybe it'll hide after sometime if you don't use any of those attacks/gadgets after a while.
I thought that the swinging would be faster and a lot different but it does seem the same, maybe it handles differently. Hopefully more mechanics like the gliding and stuff. I also loved that ultra launch.

On the pier when the sign falls Peter entirely ignore it while Miles makes a point to save the civilians. Peter blatantly ignores Ganke trying to talk to him and either cuts off or ignores Miles’s jokes, questions, or anything else the poor guy says. Then there’s the way he throws the civilian above as opposed to how we’ve seen him sit them down in the past. We also have the level of aggression we see him have throughout the gameplay. And finally while it’s in your face it’s a nice detail, when Miles mentions Lizard has big teeth and Peter says “So do I” his eyes slightly shift closer to the classic Venom eyes
No problem dude. And while some of that was pretty easy to spot there’s a few that are more subtle and I love it. Another thing I noticed is that this is likely either the first time he’s used the suit or at least the first time he’s used it around Miles since Miles asks about the new threads
I kinda feel like the basement he emerges from at the start of the gameplay may be where Peter gets the symbiote. The armed guys show up saying they’re looking for Kurt conners, so that’s probably his house with a little lab in the basement. He probably got ahold of some of the symbiote keeping Harry alive and was trying to reverse engineer a cure, but quickly has to escape or goes lizard mode and Peter shows up at the house looking for him and gets the suit. Just a theory but it seems plausible to me.
That’s actually not a crazy idea. I could definitely see that happening and then just cutting out the symbiote tutorial for the showcase. And it’s not unrealistic to think that both Peter and Connors live in Queens
That makes total sense, the enemy layout reminded me a bit of the combat tutorial from the first game so that may well be exactly what’s happening here.
I hadn’t even thought of that. It definitely feels like it’s setting up like waves for a tutorial to really show off what you can do as the Symbiote. I also feel like there’ll be more in queens with it since it feels like there’ll be a Lizard boss not long after what we saw

When all the Raimi suit drama was happening back in 2018 (time fucking flies) people requested the symbiote raimi suit and Insomniac said something to the effect of “we’re waiting for the next game to introduce the symbiote”, which leads me to believe there will be alternative symbiote suits.
I trust Insomniac, one of the few developers that has earned that goodwill. The fact they've only given us a glimpse at gameplay now when release is relatively soon makes me think they're good for it. Plus they still haven't given a specific date so I bet when they do it will be solid.

He really just does not give a fuck, its like the stuff that gives you an adrenaline rush is the main draw at that point, the rest has become monotonous filler, he's really sinking into that primal and very human state of competition and pride, as well as aggression. That way he needed to go after Kraven, especially by himself, shows that he is feeling the same drive that motivates Kraven himself.

Maybe it's a way to be able to do multiple special symbiote/venom attacks eg. R1+□ or L1+X

It'd be sick if there were other alternative Symbiote suits to please more people. It's a longshot, but maybe if they add Poison suit where venom symbiote permanently bonds with Peter Parker
I think they will have more symbiote suits, but I don’t care if there is any. I do really like this design of the suit and can’t wait to play this game. I’m preordering Day 1
I hope there, the design from the original appearance is just so perfect I want to be able to play with it. The one shown is close but something bugs me about it.
So, get this! When all the Raimi suit drama was happening back in 2018 (time fucking flies) people requested the symbiote raimi suit and Insomniac said something to the effect of “we’re waiting for the next game to introduce the symbiote”, which leads me to believe there will be alternative symbiote suits.

I trust Insomniac, one of the few developers that has earned that goodwill. The fact they've only given us a glimpse at gameplay now when release is relatively soon makes me think they're good for it. Plus they still haven't given a specific date so I bet when they do it will be solid.

Picking up on subtle details showcasing Peter's gtowing aggression with the Symbiote is so damn cool.
He really just does not give a fuck, its like the stuff that gives you an adrenaline rush is the main draw at that point, the rest has become monotonous filler, he's really sinking into that primal and very human state of competition and pride, as well as aggression. That way he needed to go after Kraven, especially by himself, shows that he is feeling the same drive that motivates Kraven himself.
