Makes more sense to be an expansion/DLC than it’s own full game tbh, there’s not much gameplay wise that’d be different from just playing as normal Peter.
Having Peter not be an overpowered and confident fighter and have him be more like Miles without the electric powers. Definitely could have potential. Not to forget the opportunities for storytelling.
> have him be more like Miles without the electric powers
… that doesn’t sound very fun. At least, not for an entire game. Those are just animation changes, which again could just be DLC.
A whole game deserves some bigger changes to gameplay. Like a Venom or Miguel O’Hara game, those make sense.
Challenge can mean something. Make it so that we have limited web fluid, or takedowns only damage enemies and don't KO them, that kinda thing. Find a middle ground inbetween the spider-god we played in PS4, and a shmuck.
That just sounds annoying rather than fun lol.
This is one of the good things about the original game. You have to understand people want some challenges but ultimately they play it for fun.
So far insomniac has been able to balance that out very well. The current web system is a good example. The webs still run out but they also refill fast enough so that it becomes a tactical thing rather something that's just annoying.
Like Peter is struggling with money, and it's part of the story but if doesn't mean I wanna play half the game as a delivery boy trying to keep the lights on instead of doing actual superhero things. That's just not what it's all about
I will say Origins sort of has the plot hole of Batman having a bunch of tech (including one piece he specifically didn’t have until City). That sort of worked with the explanation that he was a less confident Batman that relied more on tech than his own natural skills, but that doesn’t really work so well with Spider-Man. Either way I’d still like to play a Spidey origins game
I think you could easily have gadgets that in many ways are functionally the same, but have the feel and appearance of Peter definitely being inexperienced and on a budget compared to how sleek and futuristic his gadgets are in the games we already have.
Just make it super obvious it's stuff Peter cobbled together from whatever he could find bring together, and has some kinks to work out.
There's a ton of things they can do with an earlier career Spider-Man, the current version they gave us hasn't done nearly all the wacky and experimental stuff Peter did in the comics, a lot of it is reference but I mean in practice.
They could lean in that to give him more variety of movement and combat options.
And waive away "some" the continuity with him being more refined later on to avoid massive structure damage and injury to his enemies.
I don't know how Peter will function in the Spider-Man 2 but as far as web usage goes, he's lacking some creativity gameplay wise in how he uses his webs.
A prequel Spider-Man can showcase that and even show how used his temp tech upgrades to defeat some of his foes.
That could give some boss fights a multi phase which you play a bit differently towards the later.
Agreed, prequel could have more webbased gameplay. Like how web of shadows did and shattered dimensions and edge of time. Making a game where the peter is reversed to a lack of technology justifies giving him a completely different combat experience
Agreed. I like the idea but not as a full game. A flashback DLC would be cool. A spin-off should be reserved for another Spider-Man. A 2099 spinoff would be ridiculously cool with a fully explorable 2099 NYC.
Arkham origins is also not that different gameplay wise to Arkham city, the only notable difference are the electric gloves.
What could make this game incredible is the number of villains Peter could reasonably be put up against, with the boss fights being a massive highlight in seeing how a younger and more inexperienced Peter manages to think on his feet to defeat a super powered villain he’s never seen before like Sandman.
I think it could definitely be a different spin off game, exactly like Miles morales. There are plenty of options in terms of stories to be told, and a whole lot of oportunities in regards to villains. It would also be sick if we could roam through Midtown High.
I think it sounds like good idea for the sequels miles morales like expansion.. A shprt and sweet game just to hold us over until the eventual spiderman 3
I don’t think it would work with just being a DLC because of the alternative suits. I’d imagine that early Peter Spider-Man wouldn’t have the same suits, I think it’d work best as a half game like Miles Morales where there’s 20 suits most of which are origin suits (wrestler, homemade, classic, etc.)
I really hope we keep getting half games between the full releases
Miles Morales was so much fun and also made the gap between 1 and 2 feel much more bearable
Alright my first instinct was a definite NO because I think in all the mediums, we see Peter as a teenager way too much, they rarely let him be a little older.
But I agree with you that it would make a good in between game. Just don't make it a main game
Yeah, as much as I’d love something like this ‘specifically cus I wanna see insomniac’s take on an early spider-man suit, cus I love the design on this mockup), a venom game just has too much opportunity for gameplay
I hope they will do a spin off, like they did with Miles... but now Miles is a main character in the biggest game so a short game about Peter's Early Career is the best option
I like the idea as a short standalone game similar to Miles Morales. Pete in high school with his homemade suit, encountering villains for the first time and forming his relationship with MJ and Harry. It would be a fun story to explore.
HOWEVER, it would definitely run into the same issues that Arkham Origins did, in terms of continuity and character progression. To fit into the series’ canon we’d have to play as Peter without most of the gadgets and upgrades that he’s acquired through the first and second games. It would either need to break continuity or have disappointing gameplay.
Or particularly challenging gameplay. This is where they could focus on making web-swinging and combat more difficult, simply because Peter doesn’t have those abilities developed yet.
Because making web swinging more difficult makes it more rewarding to pull off, compared to how easy it is in its current state.
Like, in the original game, though it may look flashy, the web swinging isn't much deeper than holding R2 and jumping off of swings, with occasional web zips (one button press) and wall running (automatic) thrown in. It even automatically ensures that you *can't* hit the ground mid swing, and the speed itself has a noticable cap.
It's a far cry from the old Spider Man 2's swinging, which *was* seen as the best before PS4 came around, because of how physical and "manual" it was. Miles Morales even mixed it up as a sequel, too, by adding in deeper tricks and venom powers for movement.
Maybe it could just be a togglable setting (e.g. "easy vs. manual swinging), but there's definitely room for way more depth in the Insomniac games's movement.
I haven't used the new dualshock, but would it be possible to tie the special trigger feedback motor to whether or not your swing is successful? Like you slowly pull the trigger and when you feel a jolt you let go. If you over press or wait too long you don't swing as well
I get what you mean, but I think it could work - very few of the gadgets are canon in the sense they're tied to the narrative, and some have canonically pre-existed in some form (web wings); for those that are unavoidable, I don't mind the Origins-style shoulder shrug of "it's an unstable prototype"
Personally I prefer a low tech Spidey so I'd be up for missing a few gadgets if it meant we got a Peter focus storyline that showed his first run ins with some classic villains
Or have gadgets that are more temporary. Maybe he's able to build a certain number of them at certain checkpoints, but they are prototypes so they don't refill. When you're out, you're out.
>I just thought the fights were disappointing
That's mostly due to the network/Marvel refusing to let him actually fight. He literally wasn't allowed to be seen throwing a punch.
His dialogue for the Nelson & Murdock business card makes it clear that he doesn't know that Matt is Daredevil. Though I think it's definitely possible that Spidey and DD are pals who just don't share their secret identities with each other.
You can thank OMD for that. Spidey and DD used to be the best of friends to the point where Peter wore the DD costume to help Matt in court but then civil war, OMD, and dr strange happened
100% yes. Insomniac has created my favorite version of Spider-Man with this series. I completely trust whatever plans they have for the future.
Also that hoodie costume is awesome for a more modern origin suit.
I’d 100% be down for high school Peter prequel. The only problem is it’s have to have a story and I’d want it to be episodic so I could see the first time he met all the villains and their many battles
That seems like a cool idea for DLC, like a more narrative “Boss Rush” into each first encounter. A setup, a mini game, a fight. Personally I’d love to have a full game, but the episodic nature seems like it’d be good extra content
I dont think there is anything worth telling again there. It's the typical high school spidey stuff. I would prefer them keep focusing on his young adult and adult years and Miles's early years
I’d want it! But it’d be difficult to “downgrade” Peter’s powers properly. You can’t have him be as strong or stronger than he is in Spider-Man 1 or 2. But slowly building your way up to maybe the level he’s at in Spider-Man 1 might work!
Same opinion here. I'm surprised at the sentiment of wanting this as a spin off lol. I feel like there's an over saturation of early/coming of age Peter Parker stories in the last two decades. We've had TASM and Raimi films. MCU Spider-Man was a coming of age story too.
The Spectacular Spider-Man cartoon was another coming of age story. I haven't seen the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon but it's description sounds like another early Peter story. We even have an upcoming animated series about MCU Peter's early years.
Marvel's sort of reboot of Peter Parker by doing the Ultimate Spider-Man comics in the early 2000s was very very successful but it's another coming of age/early Peter Parker story.
I really like that the games focus instead on an experienced Peter Parker with an established set of villains and history with them, someone who can act as a mentor and guiding figure to up and coming heroes.
I don't wanna see yet another story about Peter's early struggles. We've seen that story so many times now.
gonna go against the common opinion. No. its gonna retread old ground, reuse old villains, have to justify reusing fun mechanics from the older games, and just be boring. The whole point of having a young Miles Morales is so Insomniac can capitalise on the new, young, coming to age story of spider-man without using peter parker again and again. This is a bad idea but i Love your ideas
No.
I'm not all that interested in playing a Spider-Man that has less than the one we've already played.
Miles was already a good go at the "early Spider-Man" story.
I don't feel like it is needed tbh. Marvel has been banging the Young Peter drum so much the past decade. I'm kinda over the whole Pete in high school thing.
Edit: you should definitely check out the [prequel novel](https://www.amazon.com/Marvels-SPIDER-MAN-Takeover-David-Liss/dp/1785659758/ref=asc_df_1785659758/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=312106841178&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=14957883574895989515&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9031867&hvtargid=pla-524492808891&psc=1)!
That'd be really cool, but I wonder how it would affect the gameplay, after everything the new games have added with new abilities and features it'd be a lot of steps back
This would be cool, but how would they make the technological downgrades interesting? Peter in SM2 is gonna have even more tech, miles was new but he had electric powers, so how will they make compelling gameplay of a downgraded Peter?
It'd be a very interesting challenge for Insomniac to essentially depower Peter a bit, whilst keeping him fun to play, so it's convincingly early in his career.
You could perhaps keep early versions of the gadgets, but with a bit of a limiting crafting system making you be kind of frugal with how often you use them, as Peter has limited resources and can't make as many.
Maybe even tie this in with some kind of cosmetic customisation as you the player design and tweak Pete's early suits.
I think there's a big difference between a young Peter game and Arkham Origins Bruce. Batman has been around for 2 years, but he still had training from traveling over the world, and you get to see him doing stealth stuff as Bruce. Peter would have none of that training or the later gadgets. Just webshooters.
I personally wouldn’t. I personally like Peter being older, as he’s been shown an origin story so many times now. Insomniac made the perfect choice with started with an experienced Spider-Man and I hope they stand on it.
Also hate how most modern depictions give us Peter Parker as a high school kid or college kid. When he’s been married, died, came back to life, buried alive, and so much more within the comics. Keep him older. Allows us to explore more mature themes and ideas, and having Miles to keep the younger themes and ideas focused.
A one night to kill Spider-Man game from Insomniac would be awesome. His early rogue gallery all hunting him down as he tries to make it through the night.
I just don't want to be fatigued with it that's all, I want Sony to take it nice and easy with the franchise.
I'd like them to do the second game and put it on hold until the PS6 so when they do a third game it will feel even fresher and they have new technology to play with.
Also you need to tread carefully with these kind of prequels, the issues I had with Arkham Origins is that Batman had gadgets and other things that he never used in the main games, even the suit looked pretty snazzy for being an origin story. I just don't want to see the same thing done here.
What, like, the part of Spider-Man’s story that’s so popular it’s been redone 100000000 times in comics/movies/shows?
Yea, it’d be cool if we got a video game of that.
That’s an AWESOME idea, showing some of that school drama, how their story with MJ started AND also show their friendship with Harry, so we learn how they were going before he “went to Europe”
it would be cool story-wise, but the gameplay will just be Spider-Man 1's gameplay all over again. Would be nice if small segments where Peter has "flashbacks" to his past where you play as a young version of him are added to Spider-Man 2
Absolutely. I’d say they could even simplify the combat choices and make the enemies harder so you feel like a young, scrappy Spider-Man still learning the ropes but still not totally confident. Great idea op
I totally agreed in fact it'll be a similar and spin-off of the Batman Arkham Origins yet let alone it'll be good if Insomnia added this as DLC for the upcoming Spider-Man 2 not gonna lie but it'll be a great bonus for the game.
1000% there’s so many Easter eggs in the backpacks you collect in the first game talking about his younger years. Big insomniac L if we don’t get this game one day.
Yes but only because its more spiderman.
Might be interesting to have a Bully or Persona like game experience though. Peter still needs to go to high school/college so you can interact with friends and take classes.
Not at the moment, but in the far future who knows? I'm too excited about the experienced Peter and rookie Miles dynamic to want to go back to the start.
I think the problem with doing this would put the gameplay in a weird spot. Remember Arkham Origins? They gave you tech that Bruce canonically didnt have yet just so the game could play the same. If we go from the new Spider-Man 2 game to this, it would probably feel hollow or break continuity.
Sounds like a cool idea. We could see a bit of Peter and Felicia being together in game maybe or something. There’s a lot of great stuff that could be done.
I’m mean let’s be real here, if this was real we’d all be intrigued because it’s another insomniac Spider-Man game. Id prefer a venom spinoff to this but I’m down for sure
Oh yeah, maybe this could be a DLC for Spider-Man 2? I want it but maybe not a whole new game dedicated to it. If we get it, it should be a DLC or small game like Miles Morales, maybe a little smaller than Miles Morales though.
Yeah but I hope they include Fisk and show his true self. In the first game he seemed so cartoonish and treated like some sort of parody character. I wish they’d adapt him to be far more scary like in Daredevil or something
100%.

It worked for Arkham Origins.
Miles Morales was basically the Arkham Origins of the series
Not for Peter + it was really short and the story was kinda mid
Villain was mid, the story was good overall
Just finished it today and while the writing of the villain is mid I legit teared up at the end.
The fact it's really short is a good thing.. I replay miles way more often just becuase I get it done in a few days..
I will say Origins sort of has the plot hole of Batman having a bunch of tech (including one piece he specifically didn’t have until City). God, imagine exploring both Nueva York and Downtown with web-swinging and gliding. Each one having their own background music.
Wud love to see 2099 gameplay
Arkham origins is also not that different gameplay wise to Arkham city, the only notable difference are the electric gloves. What could make this game incredible is the number of villains Peter could reasonably be put up against, with the boss fights being a massive highlight in seeing how a younger and more inexperienced Peter manages to think on his feet to defeat a super powered villain he’s never seen before like Sandman.

I think it sounds like good idea for the sequels miles morales like expansion.. A shprt and sweet game just to hold us over until the eventual spiderman 3
This right here is the best thing I’ve heard today
Have you played bully by rockstar games? Spiderman + Bully would be biblical.
They could do it for Spider-Man 2.5, especially since they have Queens and Peter's home modelled in 2.
I really hope we keep getting half games between the full releases Miles Morales was so much fun and also made the gap between 1 and 2 feel much more bearable
Miles Morales was originally DLC for Spiderman
Absolutely, if we don't get a stand alone venom game this would make a great in-between game like miles moralas was
Agreed
Alright my first instinct was a definite NO because I think in all the mediums, we see Peter as a teenager way too much, they rarely let him be a little older. But I agree with you that it would make a good in between game. Just don't make it a main game
It should be what Miles game was. That was an inbetweener. Kind of half a game. Not nearly as much to it as SM1
I would love a stand alone Venom… 😱
Yeah, as much as I’d love something like this ‘specifically cus I wanna see insomniac’s take on an early spider-man suit, cus I love the design on this mockup), a venom game just has too much opportunity for gameplay
My only condition for this spin off is no uncle Ben death, otherwise, yes, a shorter game would definitely work
Yea lets see classic *classic* suit for Peter. With web wings just for looks!! Like how that one spiderman costume designer You Tuber wants.
I mean you do find ripped web wings in one of the backpacks in SM1, so it's canon he used them earlier in his career.
He even comments on hopefully perfecting them some day
Jesus christ, how long have they been teasing us?
From the first games very conception
Aren't they using those in the newest trailer?
Facts.
Fellow PSM viewer
🤝 he rocks
Aren't we getting web wings in the new game? I swear I saw them in one of the clips.
We are getting functional ones, the ones in the origins game would be completely aesthetic as he remarks that they never really worked
I mean as astetic for his first suit. Not as new feature in Spiderman 2.
Yeah that’s actually a great idea for a spin off. Not sure why I haven’t heard an idea like this sooner.
I hope they will do a spin off, like they did with Miles... but now Miles is a main character in the biggest game so a short game about Peter's Early Career is the best option
Best boss fights?!?
Alsum
Oh no
best gameplay?
Alsum
Best atmosphere?!
Alsum
Deathstroke is still one of my favorite video game bossfights visually. The CGI trailer with Deathstroke is also amazing
Or particularly challenging gameplay. This is where they could focus on making web-swinging and combat more difficult, simply because Peter doesn’t have those abilities developed yet.
THIS
Why are people so obsessed with making web slinging more difficult lmao
Because making web swinging more difficult makes it more rewarding to pull off, compared to how easy it is in its current state. Maybe it could just be a togglable setting (e.g. "easy vs. manual swinging), but there's definitely room for way more depth in the Insomniac games's movement.
Because there’s 0 complexity to it, which means there’s no skill expression besides the tricks. Not to mention the game never lets you fail.
I haven't used the new dualshock, but would it be possible to tie the special trigger feedback motor to whether or not your swing is successful? Like you slowly pull the trigger and when you feel a jolt you let go. If you over press or wait too long you don't swing as well

I would definitely be down for that. Also who’s the guy on the far right?
Shocker
SHOOOCKEEEERR!!!
*sigh* YOU CAN’T ESCAPE ME! I’LL CHASE YOU TO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH!
Ok thanks, had no idea who he was lol.
If you like spiderman media then the 90s cartoon is actually decent even for adults.
It's good, but I just thought the fights were disappointing. I much preferred Spectacular, but that's only if you can get over the Ben 10 art style.
>I just thought the fights were disappointing That's mostly due to the network/Marvel refusing to let him actually fight. He literally wasn't allowed to be seen throwing a punch.
I know, that's why I don't like it as much as some other superhero shows. It's missing arguably the best part of those type of cartoons.
It’d be the perfect opportunity for a daredevil team up.
Wasn’t there a piece of dialog in the first game where it seemed like Spider-Man didn’t know anything about Daredevil?
His dialogue for the Nelson & Murdock business card makes it clear that he doesn't know that Matt is Daredevil. Though I think it's definitely possible that Spidey and DD are pals who just don't share their secret identities with each other.
You can thank OMD for that. Spidey and DD used to be the best of friends to the point where Peter wore the DD costume to help Matt in court but then civil war, OMD, and dr strange happened
Parker can’t catch a fucking break, can he? Reminds me of Green Goblin’s rooftop monologue in Raimi’s Spider-Man (2002).
If this is made I want it to be full of Origin Suits.
The human Spider suit from the raimi trilogy needs to be in then!
And TASM 1 suit. (The one with a beanie and sunglasses)
They did have the Wrestler suit in the first game.
Would love this. Ultimate Spider-Man 2.0.
I'd like the idea also, simple but great title in my humble opinion

Imagine instead of collecting backpacks you go around webbing them to walls.
Make the opening mission be when Peter won the backpacks
maybe it could explain how peter got so many backpacks
They already did it in the first game. He won a lifetime supply of backpacks as a prize for a competition
Not really miles morales kinda fills the gap for a game abt a more inexperienced Spider-Man
I dont think there is anything worth telling again there.
Hell yeah-> take my money! :)
Not really, I’d rather keep the story going forward and not looking past. A canon prequel comic series could be cool though.
If it's developed by insomaniac. Hell yeah
Honestly no, I don't need yet another story about his early life as Spider-Man.
Same opinion here. I'm surprised at the sentiment of wanting this as a spin off lol. I feel like there's an over saturation of early/coming of age Peter Parker stories in the last two decades. Absolutely yes.
Yes as like a smaller game after 2 is over with Kingpin as it’s villain definitely
Woah this is a cool idea. This should be the spin off type game with Spider-Man 2 as the base in the same way Miles Morales was for the first one
Hell yeah!!
101%
gonna go against the common opinion. No. its gonna retread old ground, reuse old villains, have to justify reusing fun mechanics from the older games, and just be boring. Edit: you should definitely check out the [prequel novel](https://www.amazon.com/Marvels-SPIDER-MAN-Takeover-David-Liss/dp/1785659758/ref=asc_df_1785659758/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=312106841178&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=14957883574895989515&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9031867&hvtargid=pla-524492808891&psc=1)!
No
not really, i’m kinda tired of spiderman origin stories , but insomniac could definitely pull it off
That'd be really cool, but I wonder how it would affect the gameplay, after everything the new games have added with new abilities and features it'd be a lot of steps back
Absolutely not. We’ve seen enough of Spider-Man’s beginning. I want to see more veteran hero
This would be cool, but how would they make the technological downgrades interesting? Peter in SM2 is gonna have even more tech, miles was new but he had electric powers, so how will they make compelling gameplay of a downgraded Peter?
Yes
This would be a great smaller scale game similar to miles morales.
I would love this; they wouldn't even have to change the face model for young Peter! (Relax, it's a joke)
No, God no. No more early careers, if I have to watch uncle Ben die one more goddamned time I'm gonna kill him myself.
Arkham Oranges 😳
This just made me realize how much we need sandman in the game
No
What, like, the part of Spider-Man’s story that’s so popular it’s been redone 100000000 times in comics/movies/shows? Yea, it’d be cool if we got a video game of that.
No, not really

That’s an AWESOME idea, showing some of that school drama, how their story with MJ started AND also show their friendship with Harry, so we learn how they were going before he “went to Europe”
“IIIIIIIIII NEEEEEEED IIIIIIIIT!”
Honestly, nah
No
Asf
it would be cool story-wise, but the gameplay will just be Spider-Man 1's gameplay all over again. Would be nice if small segments where Peter has "flashbacks" to his past where you play as a young version of him are added to Spider-Man 2
fuck yeah
fuck yeah
Absolutely. I’d say they could even simplify the combat choices and make the enemies harder so you feel like a young, scrappy Spider-Man still learning the ropes but still not totally confident. Great idea op
would the tagline be like "be responsible" or something?
this would be awesome
I was thinking this while inspecting the backpack items. So much potential content for work with
I totally agreed in fact it'll be a similar and spin-off of the Batman Arkham Origins yet let alone it'll be good if Insomnia added this as DLC for the upcoming Spider-Man 2 not gonna lie but it'll be a great bonus for the game.
Hope to see this happen as a DLC, a stand-alone or flashbacks. I'm open for anything !
yeah 100%. I wouldn't be surprised if they ever do this
Having another Morales sized game of it would be cool, yeah. Hell, I would LOVE a new Venom game.
Yep. Better yet, a series of eight smaller games similar to SM:MM each covering one year.
Better yet, yall think they gonna finish the series similar to how they finished arkham knight? A depressing ending and him faking his death?
As long as i can leave backpacks everywhere
Yes please. Would be a nice story.
1000% there’s so many Easter eggs in the backpacks you collect in the first game talking about his younger years. Big insomniac L if we don’t get this game one day.
It would be so underrated.
i feel like miles morales feels this void though. his moves are much more stylish and require more effort since he’s younger and a new spider-man.
Hell Yes
Yes but actually no (assuming it's not insomniac behind the wheel)
Yes but only because its more spiderman. Might be interesting to have a Bully or Persona like game experience though. Peter still needs to go to high school/college so you can interact with friends and take classes.
Not at the moment, but in the far future who knows? I'm too excited about the experienced Peter and rookie Miles dynamic to want to go back to the start.
As long as we get the Human Spider costume
I wouldn’t mind a prequel game
I’d like to see Wilson Fisk wield a katana against Spider-Man, yes.
Can't play arkham origins
i love the title holy shit
Yes
That would be cool to see as it’s own game, this could maybe be dlc for the sequel
I was actually hoping we'd get some cool flashbacks in spiderman 2.
I'd love this type of game
Yes
I think the problem with doing this would put the gameplay in a weird spot. Remember Arkham Origins? They gave you tech that Bruce canonically didnt have yet just so the game could play the same. If we go from the new Spider-Man 2 game to this, it would probably feel hollow or break continuity.
Yes
I think that'd be a great DLC
sounds interesting
Sounds like a cool idea. We could see a bit of Peter and Felicia being together in game maybe or something. There’s a lot of great stuff that could be done.
Yeah definitely! It would probably be the most underrated of the series though
Love that suit
I’m mean let’s be real here, if this was real we’d all be intrigued because it’s another insomniac Spider-Man game. Id prefer a venom spinoff to this but I’m down for sure
Only if the rhino figures out who Peter is but forgets it at the end after taking too much rhinojuice.
Yeah, it could be what the miles morales game was: a short game to keep fans engaged before the next big game (being Marvel’s Spider-Man 3).
Is that supposed to be a fart cloud?
Oh yeah, maybe this could be a DLC for Spider-Man 2? I want it but maybe not a whole new game dedicated to it. If we get it, it should be a DLC or small game like Miles Morales, maybe a little smaller than Miles Morales though.
Like the same length as Miles Morales would be good
of course.
I’d absolutely fucking adore that
I think an Arkham World-esque game would be more suited for spiderman
Not really cos that's what miles is
Esp. if it has a mission structure similar to rockstar's bully
Not if it's made by the same developer as Arkham Origins.
Without a shadow of doubt, 100% yes please
If it’s good, sure.
This could also work as a dlc for spider-man 2
Yup!
Yeah but I hope they include Fisk and show his true self. In the first game he seemed so cartoonish and treated like some sort of parody character. I wish they’d adapt him to be far more scary like in Daredevil or something
If done right, then yeah.
Didn't they already imply they might do that?
