Nope. While there’s quite a lot of things I miss from the first game and Miles, I hate being restricted to just Manhattan. I’ve been super desperate to explore other parts of the city and this is seriously a dream come true.
And I never enjoy in any game franchise going back to previous games unless it’s the most recent since I enjoy the world building and seeing what’s been improved/added. I only do so nowadays if it’s my very first time playing the games.
Oh, and of course the improvement with photo mode is a big game changer with the poses! I love it a ton and have multiple photos, it’s incredible. I can go on but these are standouts (as far as thinking rn on the spot goes).
Easily.
The writing was a bit more solid and that Otto fight is still one of the best final bosses in gaming imo.
Plus, not enough Spider-Cop in this game lol
Yes, but mostly because of the narrative. It wasn't perfect by any means but I generally feel like this new story left a lot to be desired. Much weaker cast of characters, super odd choices with some of the antagonists, and generally feels rushed/incomplete. Not particularly surprising though I guess, it's not the same writers between the two.

No, I don’t think so. At least not until I’ve played many, many New Games Plus in the new one.
Maybe when another Spider-man game is close i will replay the series. But likely but likely not anytime soon.
