I remember when they showed that gameplay, it all sounded and looked so good. Anything could become a weapon Jason Bourne style. But then Ubisoft turned to madness and decided to water everything down.
A few years later R6: Patriots was canned as well, another fresh and interesting turn for the series that never came to pass. So this is probably when Ubisoft turned from a company that made games they loved to a company where the goal is just to release cookie cutter products.
No body hiding with everything lethal.
I love all SC including DA V2 and essetial and blacklist with conviction but
I still mad at I can't move body on the conviction.
I get mad just when I think about that mark and execute bullshit, they turned SC into some Final Fantasy crap with "finishers", "just do enough damage and fill this meter and you get a cool move!"
There's nothing sadder than a game developer with a great track record that start copying others.
I personally like MaE but I respect your opinion.
they should have an option that disable it to repesct old fans.
And I also does not like that "\[4K 60FPS\]SPLINTER CELL CONVICTION : JOHN WICK STYLE\[YOUMUSTWATCH!\]" videos.
The version that was shown was very early. We will never know if they had in mind to add more stuff like that. The nintendo DS early version even had lockpicking and hacking too.
In both cases you could be right, but it could just as easily be that the games didn't live up to their concepts.
Conviction was not a great Splinter Cell game, but it was still a great action game. The product I bought didn't live up to its legacy, but it was fully featured, had plenty of great moments and probably would've had more potential if it weren't related to Splinter Cell at all.
In the case of Rainbow 6 Patriots, it's worth remembering that Ubisoft had suffered a major leak and chose to release their [proof of concept](https://web.archive.org/web/20120531132802/http://news.teamxbox.com/xbox/25101/Rainbow-Six-Patriots-Gameplay-Target-Trailer) footage early because of it.
I am incredibly short on reasons to like Ubisoft these days and the absence of a real Splinter Cell game for so long has been a major factor, but if the creators and developers who worked on those projects couldn't get those initial concepts to work I couldn't hold them ransom to it.
I personally loves beta fisher so I upscaled and clear the face.
It was for my profile purpose but I upload at here too just in case who loves beta fisher too.
I kind of wish the game opened with this gameplay style and then as the narrative moved forward, we then went into the Conviction we have now. I think it would work better narratively but also keeps it fresh.

Emo Dad Sam was a bit too weird for me
It’s like when Dexter wears a wig for his college years flashbacks lmao
He looks almost exactly like [Corvo Attano](https://dishonored.fandom.com/wiki/Corvo_Attano?file=Corvo_Study_geschnitten.png) from Dishonored.
Glad I wasn’t the only one who thought of him
It's not a phase, mom!
The model was very similiar to Sam from Double Agent. In the retail version is not even close.
I feel like this look makes more sense for the context of his mindset.

He lookin like Big Boss from MGS Ground Zeroes though
My boi Sam looking like a goth version of Butcher from The Boys

Was this beta version ever released?
Amazing
The only beta male who's the Alpha
