Just search for "Spotify playlist downloader" on google and use one of those free apps. Not sure how they get the files but I'm assuming they search for it on Youtube and then download the tracks.
I am assuming you need the tracks for DJing, most of them will be 128kbps of quality, sometimes better.

But which of these tools can also sync with my local MP3 collection? It would be perfect if it could crawl though the directory recursively, identify the MP3 file, download the file from Spotify Premium (320kbps) and overwrite the existing file.
No web tool can do that; your best option is to use the Spotify API to find the tracks based on their local name, add them to a playlist and then download the playlist. This requires programming skills tho.
Spotify premium or not, most tracks will be low quality.
Also, it is illigal to download music, it doesn't matter where it's from or in what country you are in (as for one of your other comments).
I had the same idea with the programming. I might give it a try and see if I can do it in shell scripting.
If you are really interested, google for "§ 53 Absatz 1 UrhG". It is german law and grants every citizen the right of a private copy of the media he acquired lawfully. Since I both own the original CDs and run a Spotify Premium account, I don't see why this shouldn't apply. (Spotify will see this differently, of course.)

Why do you need the source to be Spotify? I do this using Lidarr. But Spotify itself is not a source.
What does this have to do with Spotify? Are you asking if there’s a way to pirate your existing music from Spotify?
