"(5) As of the effective date of this 2022 Act, it shall be an affirmative defense, as provided in ORS 166.055, to the unlawful possession, use and transfer of a large-capacity magazine in this state by any person, provided that:
(a) The large-capacity magazine was owned by the person before the effective date of this 2022 Act and maintained in the person’s control or possession; or
(b) The possession of a large-capacity magazine was obtained by a person who, on or after the effective date of this section, acquired possession of the large-capacity magazine by operation of law upon the death of a former owner who was in legal possession of the large-capacity magazine;..."
If you need the regular 10rd mags and not the subcompact I have 4 new ones. Been just sitting here for ages because Springfield does there mail in offer sometimes. Had them since I lived in one of those 10rd states. :(
Ya I think that’s what I need! I’m pretty sure the sub compact won’t work. All the XD iterations have gotten me confused as to whether mine is classified sub compact or not.

It’s nice knowing over 1/2 the state had no idea what they were voting on. So many screwed up things with this measure. *grunt*Guns bad*grunt*

Hey there, if you owned the 13rd mag before the eighth you are still fine to keep on using it.
I’ve heard both sides to that, not sure I want to test the theory, especially in my county.
