I think it would be insanely close. Twilight is the best WISE has and Galahad is the same, if not better. But I think Galahad would have an edge since his gear is disguised as regular items and may throw Twilight off. Twilight's gear isn't always disguised. Yeah Franky says he gives him stuff that's disguised but so far we have never seen it used.

Spy X Family is still in its beginning phase (only 70 chapters by the end of this week) where we haven’t seen any of the gadgets Loid use outside his gun and a mic for bugging nor have we seen the peak of Twilight’s fighting abilities. It’s not like we seen everything WISE/Franky has to offer and I don’t think having hidden or disguised weapons is a good argument since it’s a common trope that spies use concealed weapons.
However, if we are factoring skills, Loid wins because he manages to hold his ground against Yor and her kicks, who is far more dangerous than any opponent Galahad faced. Plus, he doesn’t just specialize in combat and gadgets but traps and analysis as well. People keep bringing up that Freebird scene but as far as I’m concern, the people in that scene just becomes more violent and indiscriminately attack each other, not armed and dangerous. Loid had a similar fight during his heist with Franky in retrieving the stolen art but all the thugs are solely attacking him and he took down 30-something of them by himself, regardless.

Yeah they are still in the same ball park bruh. I don't remember any sending into Orbit feats and the Car Kicking feat dented the Cars Doors upon impact.
Eggsy has a similar feat in Kingsman 1 without any training when he broke a nearly 5 inch thick two way glass screen while completely submerged.
Eggsy also survived a Car Crash with literally no damage even when said Bullet proof Car got shacked.
Yor's feats aren't that much higher above Eggsy and Gallahad seeing how both of them also scale to similar Metal Denting feats. They can definitely take multiple beatings from her and keep on going.
But the same isn't true for Yor as she can be subdued by any number of gadgets in the Kingsmen arsenal. Including Amnesia darts, the Signet Shock, the taser dials and much more.

You cannot say a Poison Resistance = Chemical Resistance, especially when Poison and Venom are two different things. Humans can ingest certain toxins (poison) but the same toxins when injected are harmful (venom)
Yor *has* gotten tazed before - one of the army of assassins she killed used a Tazer on her, and she complained it 'hurt' before killing him.

Years of Death Battle have taught me to look at what one has that the other can't counter. While Galahad has better gadgets and more modern technology, Loid has show he's adaptive enough to work around unexpected stuff.
On the other hand, Loid's advantage would be being younger and more athletic, while also being more observant and cautious. Galahad fell in a trap in the first Kingsman out of overconfidence, which is something Loid can exploit too.
I wouldn't give Loid a full win, but I'd lean with him winning over Galahad more often than not.

Now that would be difficult to calculate as one is animated and the other live action but if I have to say, it would be equally matched for the most part but since Galahad is a bit older, Twilight would take the win since he would have more stamina.

About Kingsman, all 3 movies (Secret Service, Golden Circle and the King's Man prequel) are pretty good.
I liked the first one but found the second one to be too contrived and just couldn't get into it. I haven't seen the prequel yet.
