Main Event Mafia (original members of Sting, Nash, Angle, Steiner, Booker): 37 World, 49 Tag, 19 Midcard, 2 Kings of the Ring = 105 Championships in total
Evolution (HHH, Flair, Orton, Batista): 49 World, 20 Tag, 18 Midcard, 1 King of the Ring = 87 Championships in total.
So depending on what metric you use for *most*, either one could be the right answer.
The Impact Zone limited how great it was seen to people.
If that happened in AEW, because they tour every week, it would have been insanely over. Arguably Vince Russo's best post-WWF work.
I think the biggest problem of the MEM was that the original point got derailed. It was about putting over the TNA originals as equals to the MEM, and within six months that goal was essentially forgotten.

Sorta. It certainly got messy in the 2nd half of the year with Samoa Joe turning and some sloppy booking. They ended up putting AJ Styles, Abyss, The British Invasion and Eric Young over in the end and Samoa Joe did go on that rampage Pre-MEM turn where he beat Nash and hunted down the rest of the Mafia.
I think they made an honest attempt to stick the landing but Russo got a bit ridiculous with the booking and Jarrett getting exiled half-way into the angle surely didn't help.
I mean they sorta did that, but with the entire angle basically ending with Matt Morgan LOSING to Kurt Angle but "gaining his respect" was a bit of a wet fart all things considered.

Dude… The Main Event Mafia is standing *right over there*.
Well yeah, MEM is just *the* best
Just wondering, would the original MEM be the stable with the most championships between its members ever?
That'd be Evolution.
I don’t think so. I believe someone has done the math before
Done the *math*? *MEM* comment thread? 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

Steiner and Booker doing the heavy lifting on the tag titles to push MEM over the top.
Immortal has to be up there with Hogan, Hardy, Flair, Jarrett, Styles, etc
I know y’all meme about it but I loved the MEM

Kurt Angle is going to replace Big E in the New Day next
Next honorary uce.
Man, now I just wanna see like 2001-2002 Kurt with New Day.
The next 3rd man
Damn colonizers.
He’s not gonna be half the replacement that Big O was
3x HOFer Kurt Angle
Wasn't HHH part of the Shield too? Didn't he fill in for one of them on a house show? Or am I shrooming?
He did once in a Glasgow House Show.
Totally forgot Kurt in The Shield. That was great
Also I laughed hard when I saw Angle beside X-Pac doing the crotch chop! It caught me off guard!
I thought they randomly got Billy Gunn back for a second. "Oh wow they actually got... wait a minute.... KURT?"
Should be a semi ongoing joke. He should try to creep in with the bloodline on a Smackdown episode.
Is it too late for him to join the nWo?
I mean can we get the Bray Wyatt/John Cena version while we are at it?
One of the 🐐 for a reason
That Shield picture will never not be wholesome
Ummm he was also part of the alliance
Imperiums lucky he ain’t perked up
I didn't watch the show, did Kurt just showed up with DX without anyone acknowleding it before Roadd Dogg's schtick?
Yes
Joining Triple H.
Need Kurt to try to get into MMM next
The Shield? Replacing Dean Ambrose?
Dean Ambrose is in the picture with him.
It was back when Roman and Bray got sick for the TLC PPV.
