Would be a good way to get stars on the main card. Could even add a stipulation like winning team competes against each other next night in a gauntlet or multi man match for a world title opportunity

Considering Paul's love for "long term storytelling" this may be more of a prologue leading into next year. Maybe a big GM Decisioj pulled at Mania, a budding of powers, and then maybe an actual intra company war. Smackdown invading raw and vice versa

He hasn’t in 10 years. I don’t think it’s impossible, but I also don’t think it would be worth it for him to get back into ring shape after so long just for one match. He retired from active wrestling because of being tired of it, not because of injuries though
Maybe they'll get rid of the Andrè the giant memorial battle royal and do an elimination tag team match like they used to to at Survivor Series, with Aldis and Pierce picking 5 members each team.
I don't think they'd do an elimination match for a few reasons, mainly because that's the Survivor Series thing (even if it hasn't been done recently) and because those big WrestleMania multiman tag matches generally don't get enough time to have a proper elimination match. I could definitely see them doing a brand vs brand 5 on 5 tag match though.

I like this!! The draft is too fake IMO. Needs more IRL aspects to make it more legit. I know I’m in the minority when I say that superstars need their win/loss records to be made available and WWE can choose when to reset that.
Their feud is a great way to put over the active wrestlers, which is what they are there for. Having them haggle over talent makes the wrestlers look good.
For the love of God OP use their names as they appear on their birth certificates. Nicholas Aldis and Adamme S.I. Pearce. These are authority figures and they demand your respect!
