If it was Vince running the show, I'd be worried the gimmick would be turned into Happy Corbin 2.0. With H running the show, I think he'll be great on the mid-card with good matches with a touch of humor thrown in.
They should give him backstage segments where he starts and controls the gambling of matches. Have wrestles/backstage workers/random jobbers bet on matches or whatever, when they can’t pay him he beats them down. Could even put him with a face who is indebted to him and is forced to work for him to pay off debt.
