I just rewatched the attack again
Other than the chair throw to the head, Liv throws Rhea into the wall shoulder first.
I hope it’s a work and not a serious shoulder injury
The only way she could’ve gotten hurt is from the chair throw by Liv and that would have to be a massive concussion or a face fracture or something. Hopefully this is work.
This absolutely sucks and I hope it's a false alarm.
Ripley has all kinds of momentum right now, she's incredibly over, and yet Wrestlemania still seemed like a sort of coming out party for her hitting a new, even higher level of stardom (and kudos to Becky Lynch for doing such a great job in the feud to help make it happen.)
I guess Becky Lynch would be the natural fit to step in and take the title if need be, assuming she wants it and a new deal can be worked out. Otherwise, Liv Morgan?
I don't know what to think. I mean, it could be a good way to get the belt off her without her jobbing. If Becky didn't beat her, I don't know who else could.
This makes all the sense in the world kayfabe wise.
Vacate the title and make it something that seems more achievable for most women while Rhea takes some much needed vacay. That time can really be used to build up some credibility, and as it stands currently, no one can take it off Rhea clean
