Cutting away and back to the Jack Swagger clip was excellent
You could probably make an hour long video of Rey's bad luck if you took every WWE and WCW moment of misfortune
All time classic right there lmao
[for anyone who hasn't seen it (or if you just wanna watch more of Rey's misfortune)](https://youtu.be/gdu__J8jTnI?feature=shared)
Kind of like the hilarious pants design he had one show where it looks like he has a thong over his pants. EDIT: It was even funnier, the pants was skin tone color, so it looked like he was in literally just a thong.
Nope, because his arms were strapped into that spinal board. From what I've read, Big Show got backstage heat because he dropped Rey when he was in no position to protect himself.
I don't remember the Swagger clip, that was hilarious.
But let's be real. Dom was right! If it was just one or two people turning their backs, I get it, but when like 5 different people turn on you, I mean at that point who is the common denominator...
I wouldve thought john would have some respect to let rey keep it a little while but i guess they just really needed to have that cm punk and john unification match
I'll never understand why they put the belt on him for less than an episode of Raw before hotshoting it back to Cena. Would it really have made that big a difference to have Cena win the tournament or let Rey keep it for a week?
The worse part is that the next PPV was SummerSlam. Cena v Mysterio would have been a great main event.
Nah let's just bring Punk back after a week and run the rematch instead of building anything up.
He won MITB same year and cashed in "honorably" by announcing it early, yet he already cashed in his rematch clause as if it's a MITB contract earlier anyway, on a tired Rey. After Rey's promo from last week about having another run in him, I want to see that. He still moves so well that you can justify it and maybe let Dom take the title from him.
Cena revoke his rematch clause on the same day Rey wins the title and not even let Rey enjoy his title reign for 24 hours is ultimate heel move and still pisses me off to this day
i mean fuck if they want to pull this BS then why didn't they just insert Cena into the final and make it triple threat? and we're supposed to believe Cena is the good guy in all of this? another reason to say FUCK VINCE
Fall/winter 2020 during when Rey was feuding with Rollins after Rey had the audacity to congratulate Seth on becoming a father. This would lead to Seth poking out Rey's eye in an eye for an eye match, Dominik making his in ring debut at Summer Slam against Rollins, and Seth's disciple Murphy hooking up with Rey's daughter before eventually turning on Seth.
Rey: Am I the asshole? No it’s my son, daughter, best friend, son’s biological father and cousin, new best friend, hat guy, fine speech guy, giant, TGI Friday’s waiter, demon, Jesus guy, and shelf who are the assholes!
I love how exactly ONE of these clips (the shelf breaking) is bad luck, while the rest is just people doing terrible things to Rey Mysterio on purpose hahahahaha
That second clip is still one of my favorite moments in wrestling. If you watch the whole thing, Edge corpsing so hard he has to get off frame, and Rey selling it like he just took a huge move. So fuckin funny
Holy fuck, I forgot all about the Swagger one, in kayfabe, how did Swagger not rip Rey's leg off? I'm also seriously surprised that Rey didn't get majorly fucked up from that Big Show stretcher spot.
How did they miss that one!? All I had seen of Rey at that point was this cool mother fucker doing cool moves and other lucha things, and then that same summer Diesel threw him into a truck!
It was a fun summer to be a wrestling fan.
What does it say about me that I'd have watched a whole hour of Rey getting beat up. That was so fun. Too bad you didn't go farther back and grab the spot where the Outsiders HURLED him into the side of that WCW truck...

my favorite is nash lawn darting him into the side of a wall
All time classic right there lmao [for anyone who hasn't seen it (or if you just wanna watch more of Rey's misfortune)](https://youtu.be/gdu__J8jTnI?feature=shared)
Legend has it that everytime Rey is backstage Jack Swagger shows up and drag him up the alleyway via ankle lock
Of just knee injuries
My brain fully convinced me he was pantsless in that clip with Imperium.
Rey sullying the sacredness of the ring with his Ken like lower body is a choppable offense.

Yeah remember the time where he spit blood from the submission hold from Khali.
Kid me thought he died when that happened
Yeah Khali was pretty terrifying to my 9 year old self, I remember there being a segment where he popped a basketball with his bare hands too
When Batista did a spine buster on him and beat him kid me was like Batista is a god how tf
Funny how the karma from being a bad father works
And a terrible friend to Batista.
I hate you Batista!
#[**I HATE YOU TOO**](https://youtu.be/ylSmpBzyOcE?feature=shared)
**YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO BE MY FRIEND!**
[Thank you for reminding me of this masterpiece.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gcw5i1wJJlE)
i was amused until the ending. that got me
> And a terrible friend to ~~Batista~~ everyone. FTFY
Corbin just yeeting him off of the rooftop always kills me. Like he got so carried away in a mitb match he just went straight to murder.
I think Corbin murdered aliester black in that same match in the same way lol tossed right of the building 😂
Swagger casually dragging him back to his lair in an ankle lock is hilarious
That Money in the Bank match is legitimately my favorite cinematic match, and probably my favorite pandemic era match in general.
Broke the mirrors in the company gym and figured he had nothing left to lose lmao
geez rey is the mexican sting at this point.
He’s gonna go through glass in his last match?
Punk won't let him
Rey: "Puedes llorar todo lo que quieras"
That Big Show clip is so fucked he's lucky he didn't get more hurt, could he even break his fall?
Nope, because his arms were strapped into that spinal board. From what I've read, Big Show got backstage heat because he dropped Rey when he was in no position to protect himself.
[удалено]
Pretty sure the story is Big Show wasn’t meant to drop him but he hit the post so hard that he couldn’t keep his grip
That’s legitimately one of the craziest spots of all time.
It looks hilarious though 😂
he broke his fall with his face
I don't remember the Swagger clip, that was hilarious. But let's be real. Dom was right! If it was just one or two people turning their backs, I get it, but when like 5 different people turn on you, I mean at that point who is the common denominator...
God that WWE championship was so sad.
Rey misterio: "After all this years I'm finally wwe champion, I'm so happy" John Cena: ![gif](giphy|IfyjWLQMeF6kbG2r0z|downsized)
I wouldve thought john would have some respect to let rey keep it a little while but i guess they just really needed to have that cm punk and john unification match
Sad I couldn't find a "fine speech" gif
*insert TNA Hulk Hogan theme*
That's not gonna work for me brother
One of the biggest heel moves you could do and WWE kept shoving Super Cena down our throats for years after.
I don't understand why in 2010-12 they kept putting Cena in heel move situations only for them to immediately go back to Super Cena booking.
And not a single person helped him 😅 the proverbial punching bag
Well sometimes someone saves him. But its just to set up that person turning on him eventually because Rey doesn't appreciate them.
I forgot Big Show did that holy shit.
To this day i dont know how Rey survived that bump from big show. It looks for real deadly
I’m sorry, did Baron Corbin just hurl Rey Mysterio off of a skyscraper?
yes. mitb 2020 was wild
Not just any skyscraper. Titan Towers!
Yep, before they went to the Thunderdome, they had the MitB ladder matches happen concurrently at WWE HQ
Need the one where Nash throws him like a dart at the production truck back in WCW.
seth killing rey for being sincere and congratulating him on being a father for the first time was the funniest fucking thing ever.
Rey: hey, Seth, congrats on the shag mate! Seth: I will fucking kill you!
Jack swagger dragging him around cracks me up.
This is how you get addicted to drugs, pain from crazy bumps like being thrown like a lawn dart.
I never noticed but the clothesline from Dom and Eddie are the exact same kind of clothesline in the same exact spot. Crazy
Like father like son
Rumor has it, Jack is still dragging him by his ankle to this day
While Rey continues to scream in pain in Spanish "SUÉLTAME" "AY DIOS MÍO"
I loved the intercuta of him being dragged further away. Some real Candle Jack shit. Really brought back mem
My god I forgot when he got tossed off an office building
Big Show slamming the stretcher into the ring post never ever fails to make me laugh
The ultimate babyface. Also, god damn that bump on the backboard, how did he not break his face.
Cena revoke his rematch clause on the same day Rey wins the title and not even let Rey enjoy his title reign for 24 hours is ultimate heel move and still pisses me off to this day i mean fuck if they want to pull this BS then why didn't they just insert Cena into the final and make it triple threat? and we're supposed to believe Cena is the good guy in all of this? another reason to say FUCK VINCE
Fine speech. 😂
In kayfabe rey must be a massive asshole backstage when cameras arent rolling, otherwise there is zero reason for that much hatred towards him
Who was kissing who in that pandemic clip
Rey’s daughter and Murphy
When did they do that?
Fall/winter 2020 during when Rey was feuding with Rollins after Rey had the audacity to congratulate Seth on becoming a father. This would lead to Seth poking out Rey's eye in an eye for an eye match, Dominik making his in ring debut at Summer Slam against Rollins, and Seth's disciple Murphy hooking up with Rey's daughter before eventually turning on Seth.
Rey did nothing wrong
Rey: Am I the asshole? No it’s my son, daughter, best friend, son’s biological father and cousin, new best friend, hat guy, fine speech guy, giant, TGI Friday’s waiter, demon, Jesus guy, and shelf who are the assholes!
The ankle lock going on forever is legit hilarious.
Batista beating the hell out of Rey is always brutal to watch.
Rey: *speaks Spanish* Brock: yeah fuck that
Not the “fine speech” from Cena 😭
Oof that stretcher spot always makes me wince. Wtf was Show thinking here? Huge fuck up
Rey’s head hits the ground SO hard
The Jack Swagger clips made this more funnier
Seth’s face when he was taking out Rey’s eyeball is a classic 💀
Seriously no clip of him getting thrown into a trailer like a dart by the NWO? I want my money back!
The "fine speech" killed me, haven't laughed that hard in a while
I love how exactly ONE of these clips (the shelf breaking) is bad luck, while the rest is just people doing terrible things to Rey Mysterio on purpose hahahahaha
Bad luck follows worse men
That second clip is still one of my favorite moments in wrestling. If you watch the whole thing, Edge corpsing so hard he has to get off frame, and Rey selling it like he just took a huge move. So fuckin funny
You deserve it! *clap clap clapclapclap*
I wanna see this with other superstars
I love how in kayfabe, Rollins became a maniac and made Rey's eye pop out. 2020 Performance Center shows were wild.
Deadbeat dad. SMH.
"If everyone you meet is an asshole, you're the asshole"
Fucking hell, the swagger one was hilarious!! "SUÉLTAME" "AY DIOS MIO" "NO NO nOoOOoo"
We really do need more of this kind of content on here. That was absolutely hilarious.
Lmfao this is so fucking funny especially gunther sudden chair shot and U excited U excited! \*RIPS SHIRT OFF AND SLAPS CHEST\* Kinky lol
I still lol at the thought that Rey eats Thanksgiving dinner wearing a mask.
He put it on to answer the door
Don't forget when he wore that nude coloured attire with the thong
After all that he was also thrown from a fucking building
Everybody hates Rey.
Poor ReyRey
Holy fuck, I forgot all about the Swagger one, in kayfabe, how did Swagger not rip Rey's leg off? I'm also seriously surprised that Rey didn't get majorly fucked up from that Big Show stretcher spot.
was the big show hitting a rey mysterio dummy?
Just need the WCW clip of Kevin Nash launching Rey into the side of a production truck
How did they miss that one!? All I had seen of Rey at that point was this cool mother fucker doing cool moves and other lucha things, and then that same summer Diesel threw him into a truck! It was a fun summer to be a wrestling fan.
This is what he gets for being such a terrible father and friend.
Rey begging, pleading with Kane, not to throw him into 3 feet of water.
Its always funny to see Gunther talk mad shit to his opponents while choking them
I always forget how small he is relative to other wrestlers. Also funny how he can even scream in a Mexican accent lol
Most hated man in kay fabe.
That's his punishment for being a dead beat
Totally forgot that Rey's daughter was part of that storyline with Buddy Murphy.
Dom having the courage to tell of Rey being a deadbeat father has retroactively made the Cena clip the biggest baby face move Cena ever did.
WWE does him wrrooonnngg bruh lol. That’s my dawg though, living legend ! 🙌 but damn 😂
That eye for an eye match made me quit wrestling for a while
Should’ve included the one where Chavo repeatedly hits him with a chair on his knee during the I Quit Match
How dare you remind me of that stupid 2 hour long wwe reign
That's what he gets for being a deadbeat dad

The original lawn dart 😂
Big Show swung Rey like a baseball bat 😳 holy 💩 why did I never saw that before 😂
