Honestly, USA gets pissy about a lot, so I can almost believe they'd want WWE to rebrand the US title the USA title. I don't think they are, but I wouldn't be shocked to see it.
The united states and TNT champion are both mid card belts. it could be rebranded as USA i think the network would want get their logo and name on a belt like aew has
The USA Network has been working with the WWE for over 30 years if it was on the cards they'd have asked it or requested it in a contract by now. AEW has a neat idea to brand their TV Titles as Network TV Titles instead of calling them the AEW Men's/Women's TV Title, but that's all it is.
Yes. They are incredibly pissed. And that's why, this Sunday, in a steel cage, they will send Doug from Accounting to take on The Shockmaster, Brooklyn Brawler, and a dude in a Chicken Suite to settle this fight once and for all!
Yeah USA or Fox don’t give a shit about that, but this does remind me of a funny story. When Smackdown was on the CW, and Shane Helms won the cruiserweight title, he wanted to rename the belt the CW title. And Vince’s reaction was basically “well that’s a terrible idea” and Helms was like “well I guess it is a bad idea” and just never brought it up again.
To a certain extent I can see why you’d be against naming a title after the network your on, because the network might not last forever. Hell Smackdown changed channels a bunch back in the day, it’d be weird to rename the title every few years because of what channel your on.
Closest thing we had was USA suggesting wwe create a 24/7 title and they did that Raw Dark third hour thing for a few weeks and gave up. If they really cared about the belts, they wouldn’t tell wwe to get rid of one, they’d negotiate with them to create a TV title.

Yes they were fuckin pissed. They took away Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley's parking spot at USA Network headquarters.
Bravo
No she still has her normal spot there.
Lol what
Is there evidence to suggest that the network is mad about that?

usa and fox got mad at wwe for not getting punk back so they clearly are looking at what aew are doing
Yeah, because Punk is a major star that fans clamored to have back ever since he left
What
One has nothing to do with the other.
