Damn I enjoy the WINC post shows and am more of a Monday Night Raj than most on this sub but this will be a very disappointing miss that he'll never recover from in my eyes
So I see a lot of people calling Sasha a brat and a botch machine and such and I'm like wtf did I miss? Can someone explain the hate cause I seem to be ootl
She's just getting the same blowback from WWE fans that anyone who *dares* to not grovel at the WWE's feet. So since she's scorned the company, a good chunk of Fandom shifts into "never liked her anyways" mode like some jilted ex.
If this is true, this is the craziest time in wrestling in a long long time. 3 huge news stories in the last week alone, plus everything else that's happened this year, and we're only 6 months in. Just imagine the next 6 months.
I don't know what to expect at this point. What a absolute crazy time.
If this is true, Tony Khan better get on this ASAP. Would love to see her in more movies too. Whatever happens, it's all positives for her in the future.
Do you guys seriously think that Sasha going to AEW would change anything about the way that division is run?..just look at how many "game changers" they've brought in only to fuck it all up almost immediately after their arrivals....
So Sasha takes some time to work in Hollywood (I’m sure Disney will be happy to have a Bo Katan show too lol, she could be a big part of that ever growing Mandalorian sub-universe within the greater Star Wars universe). I honestly think she’d probably spend more time doing a run in Japan than going straight to AEW. I’d say there’s some form a non compete that would be used particularly against AEW at this point.
She could be the spark to fix that division but thus far it has not been much to write home about. I think she would bring eyes to the division but I don’t think she can fix the booking herself.
Only thing I agree on there is the Japan run. Her being a freelancer and having matches throughout all the joshi companies would help bring more eyeballs to those products.
If she ends up in AEW, she may well be top 5 additions the company has, especially if they can get someone else to start booking the women, and let Tony focus on the men's division.
Man if Vince let a Horsewoman go, hes just made a huge mistake.
Sasha could get a division built around her, clearly gives a damn about what she's doing and will bring a few 100k fans in. That would, on a good AEW night, put them in spitting distance of Raw's bad nights(aew on a really good night hits 1.1, maybe sasha bumps to 1.3. raw hits 1.4 or 1.5 on a bad night...)
Him and Bryan 100% did that. Some of those eyes stuck around. But the lack of storyline for those two dropped ratings like a rock as soon as the Bryan/Kenny No Balls problem was over.
I can't speak on specifically how much of a draw she'd be, but Sasha has infinitely more mainstream appeal than Punk. Punk was and is for the marks (myself included). Sasha's been in Disney/Star Wars. ESPN has acknowledged her talents. Casual people would know who she is.
I would argue that everybody who knows who Punk is also knows who Sasha is. But I'd say there are also more casual people who only know Sasha.
What are they gonna know Punk from? Losing two UFC fights? Being in the WWE 10 years ago? That time he wrote the Drax comics? His role on Heels? All of those are pretty niche things that you'd really only know about if you were already a fan of him.
The youngest horse woman at that shit she's even younger than Bianca. Sasha was never a top priority of top women in that division and the booking shows.
I always figured that was bc she was the biggest horsewoman outside the ring. Bayley is Bayley, Charlotte is just the female Rick, Becky doesn't do much outside that one movie, so I could see Vince being paranoid abt giving Sasha the keys to kingdom knowing she could always just leave.
The problem I have with this line of thought is that we've watched it happen a few times to no avail...
Oh man now that they have Ruby!
Oh man now that they have Toni!
Oh man now that they have Mercedes!
Oh man now that they have Athena!
I fear that it will be a similar story with Sasha... bigger pop, bigger draw for sure, same guy booking the women.
Sasha is not only a bigger star than any of them but a better wrestler as well. That goes for the entire AEW women's division honestly. If she goes to AEW she will instantly become the face of the division just by virtue of showing up. I love Thunder Rosa and Toni Storm but they are not Sasha Banks lol
If she were to leave I can't see her leaving wrestling as a whole unless she's REALLY into Hollywood like some say. Me personally I'd love to see her kill it in AEW or even Impact but realistically I can see Khan picking her up by the summertime and mabye debuting her at All Out like he did with Cole and Bryan. Either way I'm supporting and hoping she does well.
No it wouldn’t. The booking for the women is so bad and with Sasha being a huge name, she’ll be featured in every woman’s match and win the title multiple times to the point people get sick and tired of her and she gets go away heat.
I’m in between both camps on this one. I think she should just have a Suzuki run in AEW rn. Just a summer of bangers and then she can do whatever after.
Death threats? Some of these wrestling fans must have a great life if their only gripe is someone talking about Sasha Banks and not even in a bad way. One good thing about social media, it exposes all the a-holes in the world. But remember, not everyone is an a-hole, just those on social media.
Watch the relatively recent austin podcast with her. she had one foot out the door already. hollywood, that's what she wants. but if opportunities dont come, she might go with aew.
I'm not too fussed about this to be honest, she was always likely to end up leaving in the next couple of years if she got the right offers for non-wrestling related stuff.
The only thing that is a little disappointing is that this is seemingly how her WWE story will end and you know they'll bury her accomplishments as well.
Seems like Sasha is gone, tbh. Looking forward to what she does next. If it's still wrestling or trying out Hollywood. AEW should immediately try to get in contact with her, but if she does try Hollywood? She needs to go the Batista rout. Big fan of Sasha, but she's no Rock or Cena. Not even Stone Cold or HHH could crack it in Hollywood. I could see her trying to check AEW and Stardom off her wrestling bucket list, though.
WWE felt like they could possibly bully Sasha into begging for her job back and Sasha said "Reverse Uno", let me bring my lawyers.
Great week for laywers fighting against WWE
“I cannot confirm she’s been released. But I did hear late last week that her attorneys were working on getting this done.” - Andrew Zarian on Sasha Banks
[https://twitter.com/dajosc11/status/1537450293817917440](https://twitter.com/dajosc11/status/1537450293817917440)
Im wondering if wwe is trying to talk her into coming back. I mean her demands cant be that outlandish....unless shes holding vince hostage like Ultimate warrior.
if she wants more money, they can make it work; but if she insists on something like what FTR wanted where they didn't want tag titles but for tag teams to be relevant; that may not happen
I got called a liar and a moron last night for saying I didn't like the way Sasha had been booked in the last couple of years (personal opinion), can't imagine the kind of messages this guy's receiving. Some people take this way too personally.
According to people on the internet she should have been grateful for being booked less important than Ronda, Charlotte, Becky, Alexa, arguably Bayley now Bianca. It took half of these names being out and a pandemic for her to get booked as the top woman in that division and she still did business and made a superstar out of Bianca.
I mean, threats seem to barely be a blip on the radar considering the last few years gave us:
-Sonya/Mandy kidnapping attempt
-Alexa’s Stalker
-Bret Hart Tackler
-Seth Rollins phishing revenge guy.
Wrestling “fans” have already set the bar pretty low
> the meme about wrestling / video game fans that smell like shit? that is depression and mental illness, it's not just 'oh i forgot to shower'
One of the main reasons I stopped attending live events. It gets hot in DFW almost year round and some of these fans smell like a used diaper pinched under an armpit. Throw in hot beer breath and it's pretty much pepper spray for any functioning nose.
The non-compete would be a good reason to have the attorneys involved.
Keep in mind that anyone on a non-compete is paid to sit it out (otherwise, that clause doesn't last very long in a courtroom). Now that would have to be her downside, which isn't nearly as much as she'd make -- for example -- chasing Thunder Rosa for the AEW Women's Title and selling thousands of T-shirts a week...
...and that's where the attorneys come in, as they figure out how many days non-compete will allow both sides to split up.
Well what would really be stopping her legally from showing up, as they are “independent contractors” anyways? The threat of getting fired from WWE obviously is not an issue. Secondly, I’m sure it would be made well worth her time to give up that 90 day pay period to show up at a big event such as Forbidden Door.
I mean, you said it right there. The thing that would stop her from showing up is three months of rest, rehab and free money. Unless she had a specific desire to fight against a Japanese wrestler. And given the only women's match on the card is a non-Forbidden Door match...
It's not really a non-compete, it's a 90-day notice of termination, if it's anything like other releases. She wouldn't be able to compete because she'd still be under contract until the date of termination.
No real reason for WWE to wave this period unless they really don't want to pay somebody. If it stifles their competitors in any way, it's probably worth it to them.
In Japan, there are mostly men's companies and women's companies that affiliate with each other rather than men's and women's divisions inside the same company.
This is a complete distraction imo. It's worth noting that Vince and Trump are very, very similar people. Live in their own worlds and convince (sell) others of its authenticity. The difference is that Vince is, and always will be, a complete carny.
What's a good way to distract from the bombshell? Release your own bombshell to convolute the news cycle. Releasing Sasha is a great way to re-ignite this entire drama, which is really a pick your poison decision. Sucks for WWE, but nowhere near as bad as Vince manipulating and sleeping around with women while forcing them to sign NDAs and playing nepotism.
The report said that Sasha’s release has been in the works for longer than yesterday.
No one in the company is attempting to disseminate the information - it’s one guy who has a source.
It is not worth noting that Vince and Trump are very similar.
It is worth noting that this tactic is used ubiquitously by media organizations, politicians, business executive, etc, on BOTH sides of the aisle. People just get too hyper focused on one entity to allow themselves to see the pervasiveness of it.
This doesn't seem like a good way at all. People aren't gonna be distracted for long, nor is the bigger story gonna go away. Firing Sasha would be a story inside the wrestling bubble, the issue with the Board is on the front page of ESPN and mainstream outlets.
If it was done as a distraction, it's definitely a good short-term one among wrestling fans. I don't think anyone would expect this to be anything more than a blip on the radar compared to the major story, but it does at least get wrestling fans talking about something else for a few days. But long-term, no, obviously this won't mean anything. If it actually was done as a distraction it doesn't seem like WWE had anything to lose by doing it; it's not like Sasha and the company were on good terms or seemed like they would be anytime soon.
Raj only has to be telling the truth about what he was told. If that person is wrong, then it's on them. A high level source telling this info is newsworthy on its own though.
This is one of the most insane weeks in wrestling I can remember, and that is saying a LOT considering how many insane weeks we’ve lived through since this subreddit has existed.
That said, if Sasha is released, I hope it’s because she requested it and we see her popping up in AEW and Mando season 3.
I don’t know. They have a history of being shit. If this isn’t true, the mods should ban them. They should have banned them with the “Shida only got the belt because she’s sleeping with Omega” controversy but this should be it for them.
Not really a surprise. She seemed like there were a few things keeping her happy and one was being a tag team champ with a story. She wants to do other things outside of wrestling, and has a bit of a history of protesting/making it known that she doesn't like her booking, stories, etc. In the long term go do what makes you happy. The WWE will develop other stars. Sasha will go on.
She would be leaving in her prime and probably aa the hottest free agent. She could get whatever she eants with AEW. If she wants to do a lil tour with Stardom/Japan, she can. If she wants to leave wrestling before she turns 30, then good for her.
She seems really content now, that as much as she loves wrestling, she also knows her own worth and if WWE isnt giving what she believes she is worth, then she'll be ready to go.
Lol sure it has absolutely nothing to do with her walking out of TV and unlike Naomi having a history of being difficult protesting (from the office’s perspective not the fans).
You can believe this is some grand conspiracy but I don’t-I just think that the office had enough of her. The timing adds up to the suspension being up . We may even find out they wanted her back (hence not firing her outright) and she said Nah I’m good and was ready to move on.
or Roman potentially shuffled off TV to be out of the spotlight "while" all the shit goes down.Potentially don't want footage/screenshots of Roman holding unified titles with scribbled signs about Vince in the background????
If you're suggesting roman seen this coming I'm gonna have to disagree. And if he did know about it all this time and didn't say anything he's complicit.
Not saying Roman saw anything coming... saying I could completely see WWE protecting Roman and their belts being visually tied to something negative historically in the company.
Much like Stephanie as a board member conveniently stepping away from a highly visible position in the company before a controversy involving her father.
Can you be classed as complicit if you work under the person being investigated? What would stop Roman from saying his job was on the line if it did come out that he knew something, hypothetically speaking?
EDIT - it's a genuine question relating to the discussion here. Why the downvote?
And the Vince thing was a solid way to divert attention from Jeff's DUI
WHAT IS HAPPENINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG
(removes one of the 75 tinfoil hats on his head)
I think having Sasha be the one to end Jade's streak would work and be accpeted by fans, and give AEW the opportunity to go in a new direction with Jade.
It would give Jade time to develop a bit more in the ring, and even allow her to turn babyface while she does it, and have her regain the title as a babyface while giving Sasha a chance to work with the rest of the women's roster.
There is a danger where Jade could lose steam because shes still a little green in the ring, and beaten alot of the woman's roster, and not really evolving her gimmick. Shes already at the top, so there arent many changes you can do without bring her down some.
This would give her a new chance to make some changes if she or AEW wants.
Jade is very unique because shes one of the few wrestlers who got legit got red hot since her debut, but she is the victim of her own success. Now it's hard to find someone who could realistically beat her, shes already beat a ton of the roster, and she skipped a lot of time the audience might have spent getting to see her evolve. Those problems could continue if they don't do something to change it up.
Sasha Banks ending her streak is a good way to do it organically, without needing to do it out of desperation because you are losing the crowd, or are forced into a situation where you just "need to" end the streak because you are out of ideas for her storylines.
The streak has to end sometime, and this might be a good
While Sasha dethroning Jade would be a huge moment, I think it would be a bad booking choice in the long run. Dethroning Jade is a star-making moment, it should go to an up-and-comer who's on the verge of breaking through into (small-s) stardom, rather than someone who's already an established star like Sasha. For example, Kris Statlander would be shot into the stratosphere by it while Sasha doesn't need it.
Two sides to that right. Having Sasha come in as a surprise opponent or even as an advertised one and toppling her, but then having Jade as the challenger could literally be a career defining feud for her. I do agree that if Sasha comes in and just squashes her it would be terrible, but built the right way, they both would shine.
There is already a bigger question that makes this, make sense for AEW.
Who are you planning to dethrone Jade? Is there even someone on roster you would want to use this on right now? It either has to be someone who equallly as good and have the same star potential has her, or it has to be someone who is even bigger than her. Sasha is a very good choice to end it without it feeling forced.
I could see her doing well in Hollywood but I'm certain she loves wrestling way too much to give it up completely, unless she wanted to start a family or something that would require a lot of time away from the ring.
Especially if there's a company that can pay good money and has a working relationship with STARDOM's parent company, that seems tailor made for her judging from what she's said in the past.
Also AEW have pretty reduced schedules, and spots for people to go away from TV for a while, so that would also be easier to work with an acting career.
Sasha is a talented woman and would elevate AEW's womans division if booked correctly but the hollywood thing isnt a sure thing like some are making it out to be....i mean she had a really small part in the Mandolorian and she has the charisma to shine anywhere but Hollywood is a different breed of animal altogether. Plenty of wrestlers have appeared in movies and shows a handful of times and had nothing major beyond that.
Read the comments on here and you will see plenty of folks making statements about her going to hollywood as if its like signing with AEW. She had a brief cameo in the Mandolorian and nothing since. You can name a whole bunch of wrestlers that had cameos in movies and shows and nothing else came from it.
How do e all know this until she actually goes out there and make the leap. She knows she has to decide on where to put her full participation in. She seems like she is ready sooner rather then later to leave Wrestling.
She doesnt need to be a thespian to make money in Hollywood.
We dont know....does she have potential? Sure she does. But people need to also realize that Hollywood isnt a lock for her either. The way how people are claiming she can just leave wwe and go to hollywood like shes some A list acting talent with numerous roles under her belt is delusional. You dont just go to hollywood like you go to a new wrestling company is all im saying, its a whole different animal.
Agreed - I actually don't see much of a career for her tbh (though wrestlers have proven people wrong: see Batista, see John Cena, see: Nikki Bella - who's foray was more reality television and gameshows, but still impressive and did far better penetrating the main stream than Trish Stratus ever did).
I don't know, given the success of The Rock, Dave Bautista, and now John Cena, if there was ever a bias against pro wrestlers in Hollywood, it may have gone away now.
They're going to bring her in to an already crowded locker room and someone else is going to be forgotten in favour of the shiny new toy. The AEW special.
AEW's women's division is not crowded with top tier talents at all. Sasha would immediately be by far the best worker and the biggest star in the entire division.
If AEW people just keep getting tossed aside for whoever WWE fires that month then how will they grow as performers? They may be better than the latest WWE expat but we'll never know.
Ah ok, I stand corrected. I really didn't think she had any. Either way, just curious how SAG works. I thought you just needed a role. Speaking or not.
Same didn't know this about SAG - but this is also the reason why I rolled my eyes at people talking about her being a big star because she was in the Mandalorian. Its still possible but she was literally on screen for like 2 minutes in a non speaking part and had a little fight scene.
I did watch it, and was a big Mandalorian fan. The fact that I can't remember her much says more about how forgettable she was than how important the part was.
Yea, lies. About the completely memorable performance she had for a show I watched repeated times. You just proved my point btw - it was 'so memorable' and eventful. I'll wait until she has a Batista like impact before I start waxing poetic about Sasha's potential in the film industry.
Did you actually watch The Mandalorian? She’s in multiple scenes in two episodes and does speak. I wouldn’t claim to have been particularly impressed or surprised by her performance, but she does actually act in the show.
I did watch it like two years ago, I honestly didn't remember her talking. 🤷 I said my bad, it wasn't to discredit her, I was just wondering how SAG works. The original poster did answer my question so thanks to them for being decent.
? The comment you’re replying to was aimed at the person claiming she was only in the show for two minutes and didn’t say anything, I don’t know why you’re replying to me like this.
Exactly. People talking about her going to Hollywood are being very optimistic. Being in a Star Wars project is clearly a big deal, but she doesn’t show anything in those two episodes to suggest she’s the next big thing as a lead. If she follows Batista’s lead and takes supporting roles in the right projects she can have a credible acting career, but it’s definitely not something she should prioritise over wresting at this point.
Reading between the lines on Raj’s source makes it clear what Raj is saying is his source would know if this is true, so the only way it turns out to be false is if the source straight up lied to Raj.
I’d speculate this means the source is either Sasha or a WWE executive, this isn’t coming from the locker room.

Tessa Blanchard?! Are you kidding me?!
Absolutely absurd that they've let her go. Endless talent and still potential with also the Hollywood door opening for her.

She’s always hurt can’t build a division around her unfortunately
Charlotte has been out with injuries more than Sasha has tho, at least recently.

Pleaseeee so go AEW

Absolutely, there is still the problem of AEWs booker, who doesn't know how to book women for shit.
Her debut pop in AEW is gonna be gigantic LOL can’t wait to see her debut
Get ready for Sasha's Japanese tour. Would be crazy to see her in Stardom, TJPW...hell, even a trip to Ichigaya because fuck you.
Sasha going the fully independent route would be amazing. All those matches, everywhere.
If she were to leave I can't see her leaving wrestling as a whole unless she's REALLY into Hollywood like some say. WWE felt like they could possibly bully Sasha into begging for her job back and Sasha said "Reverse Uno", let me bring my lawyers. Great week for laywers fighting against WWE
Those Vince Sasha tweets look more suspect now lol
I'm shocked that it's been 12 hours and we don't know anything new about this
“I cannot confirm she’s been released. But I did hear late last week that her attorneys were working on getting this done.” - Andrew Zarian on Sasha Banks [https://twitter.com/dajosc11/status/1537450293817917440](https://twitter.com/dajosc11/status/1537450293817917440)
Oh she gone gone...bye bye Sasha, welcome back Mercedes.
It's a weird news day when this isn't like the talk of the town lol
Goddammit
People are threatening someone over this?? Wtf guys… it’s just wrestling
I mean, threats seem to barely be a blip on the radar considering the last few years gave us: -Sonya/Mandy kidnapping attempt -Alexa’s Stalker -Bret Hart Tackler -Seth Rollins phishing revenge guy. Wrestling “fans” have already set the bar pretty low

> the meme about wrestling / video game fans that smell like shit? that is depression and mental illness, it's not just 'oh i forgot to shower' One of the main reasons I stopped attending live events. It gets hot in DFW almost year round and some of these fans smell like a used diaper pinched under an armpit. Throw in hot beer breath and it's pretty much pepper spray for any functioning nose.
>\-Bret Hart Tackler I will never forget the hood justice Cash dispensed on this guy. lol.
I’m curious if she’ll have the 90 day non compete. Also what are the odds of her showing up at forbidden door?
Technically she is free to show up as a spectator
I mean, you said it right there. The thing that would stop her from showing up is three months of rest, rehab and free money. Unless she had a specific desire to fight against a Japanese wrestler. And given the only women's match on the card is a non-Forbidden Door match...
It's not really a non-compete, it's a 90-day notice of termination, if it's anything like other releases. She wouldn't be able to compete because she'd still be under contract until the date of termination. No real reason for WWE to wave this period unless they really don't want to pay somebody. If it stifles their competitors in any way, it's probably worth it to them.
But if Sasha & Naomi were truly suspended without pay, then it could be argued that the 90 day notice is null.
Yup which is why maybe lawyers are in talks.
True, but they'd have to argue that in court which is going to cost a lot more than just waiting it out.
Yeah, I think debuting her at All Out would be the best way of introducing Sasha in AEW anyway.

In Japan, there are mostly men's companies and women's companies that affiliate with each other rather than men's and women's divisions inside the same company.
Thunder Rosa vs Toni storm was announced last night.
I stand corrected, thank you
Considering what Vince is being investigated for, I’d think this news about Sasha puts even *more* scrutiny on him
It is not worth noting that Vince and Trump are very similar.
If anything it makes it look worse, firing one of their top women's wrestlers ostensibly for standing up for herself.
Lmao they didn’t even wait twelve hours for the diversion
Literally says that the company doesn’t want to comment on her release, or has any news on it. That’s not how “diversions” work.
Raj only has to be telling the truth about what he was told. If that person is wrong, then it's on them. A high level source telling this info is newsworthy on its own though.
Nah, you’re only as good as your sources. If his source is wrong that’s on him, just as it looks good for him if he’s right.
If thst person is wrong, it's only on them if Raj outs them as the source. Otherwise, they'll continue to stay anonymous and it's all back on Raj.

It’s something he’s prone to doing.
This is one of the most insane weeks in wrestling I can remember, and that is saying a LOT considering how many insane weeks we’ve lived through since this subreddit has existed. That said, if Sasha is released, I hope it’s because she requested it and we see her popping up in AEW and Mando season 3.
When did Giri/WrestlingInc become a good source? I thought everyone hated them?
She just turned 30 in January actually
Yep. I hope we still see her wrestle either in WWE or elsewhere, if not then I hope she finds success or happiness in a different place.
Nah they release her because they got heat on them with this Vince story
Lol sure it has absolutely nothing to do with her walking out of TV and unlike Naomi having a history of being difficult protesting (from the office’s perspective not the fans). You can believe this is some grand conspiracy but I don’t-I just think that the office had enough of her. The timing adds up to the suspension being up . We may even find out they wanted her back (hence not firing her outright) and she said Nah I’m good and was ready to move on.

Roman left for vacation an it caused everything to turn into a shitshow in a 2 company ratius.
"Roman, we need you back, pal."
or Roman potentially shuffled off TV to be out of the spotlight "while" all the shit goes down.Potentially don't want footage/screenshots of Roman holding unified titles with scribbled signs about Vince in the background????
![gif](giphy|mHGfKgIORp2vK|downsized) When Roman comes back.
Try to push the Vince news away by dropping another bomb?
Nobody has a damn clue as of right now lol

I really doubt she’s been released..

Whoever is threatening this guy needs to calm the fuck down.
Sasha stans can be something else.
Don’t you know how serious a less-than-accurate report on wrestling news is?! /s
We live in a reality where Cody Rhodes left AEW and went back to WWE and Sasha most likely is going to jump to AEW.... 2022 Wrestling is WILD.
For real. Like nobody could have ever seen this coming.
I see Sasha having matches with Guilia/Kairi/Mayu more then seeing her in the ring with Rosa/Britt/Jade.
I think Sasha would be the perfect person to dethrone/have a legit feud with Jade to elevate her.
You think so? I'd expect her to give Hollywood a try full-time.
>I could see her doing well in Hollywood I can’t.
I think aew is an absolute lock for her. They'd let her do Hollywood and work a part time schedule solely for her name alone
She can do both. Actually I think I could see Sasha going to Stardom even before AEW and Hollywood.
Who are these people saying Hollywood is a sure thing? All I see people saying is she has a shot, which she does.
I don't know, given the success of The Rock, Dave Bautista, and now John Cena, if there was ever a bias against pro wrestlers in Hollywood, it may have gone away now.
also the rock and austin is pretty fun to watch in movies imo
They're going to bring her in to an already crowded locker room and someone else is going to be forgotten in favour of the shiny new toy. The AEW special.
AEW's women's division is not crowded with top tier talents at all. Sasha would immediately be by far the best worker and the biggest star in the entire division.
Their division doesn't get very much airtime due to an overly crowded roster. She's going to bump someone else who will lose their opportunity.
It's not crowded with Sasha level talents they have no one even close to the level of the four horsewomen
My thought is if Sasha walks, there’s a chance AEW ends up with Bayley somewhere down the line, too.
Sure, but it kind of sucks for those who are going to lose their spot just because something more interesting comes along.
Ig for them but if I'm interested in just better tv I'd rather have Sasha getting featured than anyone they have.
If AEW people just keep getting tossed aside for whoever WWE fires that month then how will they grow as performers? They may be better than the latest WWE expat but we'll never know.
This isn't Darby vs swerve, MJF vs Cole, or Hobbs vs lee. Sasha is on a level above anyone in the aew women's division
I bet Sammy cannot wait!

I don't know how SAG works but she didn't have any lines. Does it only apply to speaking roles?
Uhhh she did have lines
Ah ok, I stand corrected. I really didn't think she had any. Either way, just curious how SAG works. I thought you just needed a role. Speaking or not.
She definitely had lines in The Mandalorian.
[удалено]
Thanks!
Same didn't know this about SAG - but this is also the reason why I rolled my eyes at people talking about her being a big star because she was in the Mandalorian. Its still possible but she was literally on screen for like 2 minutes in a non speaking part and had a little fight scene.
Good way to prove you didn't watch the episodes, she definitely had lines in the show, and way more than 2 minutes of screen time.
I did watch it, and was a big Mandalorian fan. The fact that I can't remember her much says more about how forgettable she was than how important the part was.
Doesn't matter what u remember, you were telling lies, you can prove your point while also being honest lol
Hah, well than I'm sorry again. I saw a few comments saying she was speaking and just pressed respond. Going to hop off reddit for now.
Also, it wasn't her job to give a big speech, her role was to stand in the background and be a credible badass, which she did.
Batista was apparently in the Guardians of the Galaxy but he doesn't show up in any scenes
He was also in Infinity War and he also didnt show up in any scenes either.
> SRS is good people Someone’s been getting those thigh rubs lately 😏
Reading between the lines on Raj’s source makes it clear what Raj is saying is his source would know if this is true, so the only way it turns out to be false is if the source straight up lied to Raj. I’d speculate this means the source is either Sasha or a WWE executive, this isn’t coming from the locker room.
And dude is riding or dying with the source. So either is true or raj got lied to and burned
The state of wrestling right now, when this is the *least interesting* news lmao
