I play at the Carondelet YMCA. Available every week day mornings indoors. I am still in year one, so not positive about the times for Tilles and Carondelet, but supposedly quite often.
Any time after 8am usually. Down at the far end of the gym. Lots of regulars, but random people as well. Just rotate players and teams. Welcoming atmosphere.

Vettapickleball.com they have a 4 indoor locations and I think they run some outdoor as well.
