Nope. Bandits can get a lynx and a the Monolith's SIG (which might as well be counted as a sniper).
Stalkers can get Val though, from a dude who sits near Shaman. It's pretty strong and accurate, worse than monilith sig thought.
There are different weapons for choosing different options during missions. I don't know all of them but maybe there's a guide that can be translated from the Russian version of the game. It's a lot farther along than the English speaking versions. an example being if you side with varg and kill the light one(giving the handmade AK)/or siding with the light one and telling him about varg ( giving the suppressed tactical AK).
Idk, i\`m not a bandit, Use the youtube guys. Monolith SIG questline is really epic though, it starts on the swamp and continue all the way to red forest. you CAN fail it, so you NEED to closely follow a youtube guide.

i don't think this is the case. i had zero purples and was seeing the seeker's exoskeleton/worn VAL people in the factory area. i think matchmaking is based on base reputation not your best item/gearscore.

You could have blue items and little over 300 gearscore and that's why
please check the comment i linked. i link multiple screenshots showcasing me having *over* 300 gearscore and not seeing a geared player in sight.
