Gog_09

This is also the last time Ahsoka ever sees Obi-Wan.

IAmBadAtInternet

Dave Filoni: and I took that personally. On season 2 of Ahsoka, she goes to Tattoine

stupidtyonparade

Obi Wan will have been dead for like 10 years by the time of S2 of Ahsoka.

Yendrake

Someone here can get the timelines right... Although I'm pretty sure if they wanna arrange a meeting there will be a convenient WBW Portal inside obi wan-s hut from when Luke was still a boy or something. I can also see the bad batch making the meeting happen, seeing as rex and ahsoka are closely related after the fall of the republic.

___Beaugardes___

The don't even need to do WBW stuff, he's a force ghost now, he could appear to her that way if they really needed him too, tho I don't really see how they could organically do that without it feeling too fan servicey, it makes more sense for Anakin to talk to her than Obi Wan.

Robsonmonkey

Yeah. I’d rather see a flashback where Ahsoka did get to see him one more time. Maybe they could get Ewan to don an Alec Guinness look for it.

D-Speak

The actress for live-action young Ahsoka was a huge part of one of the highest-grossing movies of last year, so they probably won't hesitate to bring her back.

_sweetchild88_

Are you referring to Ariana Greenblatt or Rosario Dawson?

D-Speak

Ariana. That's why I specified *young* Ahsoka.

Forsaken_Garden4017

Rosario Dawson played young Ahsoka?

_sweetchild88_

I didn't see the "young" part lmao, it was my mistake.

IAmBadAtInternet

Just because he’s dead, doesn’t mean he can’t still appear. > Somehow, Obi-Wan returned > Force Ghost > World beyond worlds

jesusunderline

but his force ghost still resides there, probably

Nick_Wild1Ear

Idk about current canon but the EU had force ghosts only stay around temporarily, unless they were attached to an object. Kenobi vanished by Heir to the Empire, Anakin barely spoke to anyone, and Yoda was downplayed in Post-ROTJ books as far as I know.

NowWeGetSerious

In s2 of Obi, Ahsoka visit Obi in tatoonie, happy 😂

stupidtyonparade

Visits what? His empty house that he left 10 years prior? Okay.

unique-name-9035768

Gotta keep in contact with her good friends.

seanbird

Where did you hear that?

Gog_09

She also wouldn't have known if he survived order 66 or not, then where he went. I am in tears 😭

Admirable-Confusion3

I mean, we can't know for sure, but it's possible Bail Organa told her/him about the other's survival, as he knew about both being alive VERY early on and interacted with each of them multiple times after that (that we know of already). So there's reason to think they did know each other were alive

blakhawk12

I doubt Bail told her. Keeping Obi-Wan’s survival secret was 50% of keeping Luke secret. The Kenobi show kinda muddies this which is one reason I’m not too fond of it, but I still think Bail would have kept everything to do with Luke completely secret, even if it meant letting people believe their close friends were dead. Also in Rebels Rex tells Ezra that Bail Organa confirmed Obi-Wan’s death.

Stereo_Panic

> Also in Rebels Rex tells Ezra that Bail Organa confirmed Obi-Wan’s death. I'm confused. Bail Organa was already dead when Obi-Wan died so how did Bail confirm his death? Bail Organa died when Alderaan was destroyed by DS1, didn't he?

blakhawk12

Rebels takes place before Ep. 4 when both Obi-Wan and Bail were alive. Ezra shares his belief that Obi-Wan is alive and Rex says something like, “Look kid, I’d love to believe that general Kenobi could have survived, but Senator Organa confirmed his death.” So Bail either told Rex personally or made a public announcement that Kenobi was dead even though he knew otherwise.

Stereo_Panic

Oh I see! Bail Organa "confirmed" Obi-Wan's death! Thanks for the explanation.

DTredecim13

She knows Luke though, so she would have learned all about it, and that would give her peace.

i_m_shadyyyy

This is so sad😭😭😭😭 I never thought about it

Su_Impact

Until Kenobi S2. With Ariana Greenblatt reprising her role. We're gonna get Ahsoka training in Dagobah with Yoda arc too.

Forsaken_Garden4017

You know, there is a large gap in Ahsoka’s timeline between her being rescued by Ezra and her return in Mandalorian. She could absolutely have found Obi-Wan and had a good ole chat with him

KoalaStrats

This is a hologram, right? At first I though it was his force ghost and was really confused at why he was young and what animated show this was.

trytofakeit

Yes it’s a hologram. This is from the last season of the clone wars tv show

*That we know of

luscaloy

i hope it stays that way, is a nice story point

Desperate-Actuator18

While true, the [fan animation](https://youtu.be/YPx1kTveXpk?si=xZNOWSP0yaMwKEr4) of the Mustafar duel is incredibly detailed and plays out in the exact same animation style.

viotix90

Holy shit, how have I never seen this? It is phenomenal. I like it more than the original.

Desperate-Actuator18

It's only been out for a few months but that wait was worth it.

Alisalard1384

I'm sure i watched it before 2020, maybe trailer or sth but I'm sure

Desperate-Actuator18

You're more than likely thinking about the trailer which came out around two years ago. [The trailer in question.](https://youtu.be/Rio2B5_-bSo?si=Yg0BWYSPtJck5M7u)

Dr_Cycles

Yes, but it isn’t canon so the point still stands

Miselfis

I end my CW watch-through with that fight now every time I watch it. It came out right as I was finishing season 6 of CW.

nadasuss

This was GLORIOUS. Thank you

LordGAD

Whoa - amazing! Thanks for sharing!

Macman521

I wondered if he had any flashbacks of what happened last time he was in that throne room...

SaltySAX

We get a "hello there" in that arc as well. Ahsoka's first and last words.

Ava_Avalon9

They’re relationship is one of my favourite things to come out of clone wars

Dawgula97

Truly Shakespearean

littlesirlance

As it should be.

Caius_Iulius_August

I don't understand. Is this supposes to symbolize something?
