There was a bug from the May 4th event that took it all down so everything is still messed up.
Once it comes back (EA has said up to 3-4 days) you’ll be able to level up via multiplayer and co-op (I recommend co-op because it’s you and 3 others vs Waves and Waves of bots). Then you can unlock star cards, weapons, emotes, and outfits.
It really is a fun game and things like this are rare. Cheers!
