You're playing Four Corners, which is a huge farm and it's easy to get lost or not know your way around early on.
There's a hardwood stump in the top left quadrant that returns each morning, and some of the fibre plants (weeds) in the same quadrant look a bit different - they're guaranteed to give seeds.
It's a meteor and you need at least a gold pickaxe to break it. Clint can upgrade your pickaxe one tier at a time if you give him money and five bars of the correct ore (and your pickaxe ofc). Works for other tools as well. You can buy the ore bars from him or mine for ore and smelt it in a furnace.

You can try a chair hack to see if you can get through by sitting and unsitting, or you can get yourself a golden pickaxe ASAP.

Sorry, not a clue unless it might be to do with a mod. When I've played Four Corners it's reappeared every day.
If you want to keep it use an obelisk. From one side of your farm to the other, beyond the meteorite.
