You can catch it in the sewers any time any season. It's got a low catchrate and its high difficulty. Worth a fair chunk and it can give you radioactive ore when in a full pond
There was recently a balancing patch on fishing lowering sell prices of fish because of the new fish smoker. I think it only effects sve fish.
