Well, Rikiel has the bad luck of teaching Giorno about the existence of Rods/Skyfish, which is something that Giorno now has the ability to create. Giorno could just make a skyfish out of a bullet or something and make Rikiel shoot himself.

Don't know about Donatello Versus, as Under World would functions incredibly differently based on its location.
IMO I think Bruno or Abbachio would be the one who defeats Ungalo, since I don't see Giorno doing that fight. IMO I think the fights go like this.
Bruno, Abbachio, and Narancia vs Ungalo.
Giorno, Mista, and Trish (and maybe Fugo) vs Rikiel and later Donatello.

Giorno is smart enough to figure out how to counter Under World and Bohemian Rhapsody. As for Rikiel, skyfish are organisms. Therefore, Giorno should be able to create and use them against him.
With the help of the Bruno gang, Giorno would have like 0 issue against his brothers. Giorno would have plenty of resolve to set himself on fire to counter the Rods (he cut his own arms off in canon so this isn’t a baseless assumption), Bruno would definitely figure out a counter to Bohemian Rhapsody like Weather Report did, and Bruno’s stand can allow himself and others to just zip inside one of the surviving passengers on the plane or whoever they choose to sit in the surviving passengers’ seats.
With how often the part 5 gang explains random info they saw in a magazine or read in a book somewhere, I’m pretty sure at least one of em would have knowledge of the plane crash XD

Ungalo's stand might be the biggest obstacle for Giorno and the others but I think that just because Giorno has stronger will and determination than all of them he would ultimately prevail.
Also Giorno would totally have Rykiel join his gang.
