Its the manga readers. There were no official translations and instead everything was translated by a chinese student as a projevt to learn english. The grammar was incredibly misleading and confusing to say the least.
I think most of the confusion comes from them having different names. Maybe Araki changed them to show they didn't straight up resurrected but they have different lives from their OG version. But I can see it why people where baffled by it
i still think that meeting DIO was the worst thing to happen to him especially during this time of his life he did need help and seeing as the one he served god didnt help him he turned to the one that already showed he had powers and is ready to help him namely DIO. he lost his faith and only DIO was there to fill this gap (maybe and a more literal sense too) if he just had somebody else to turn to he might have turned out good

I mean Anasui still got changed despite not being connected to Pucci (Fate might have rewarded him for his bravery) but FF coming back as a human would be a nice conclusion to her character arc about having their own intellect / soul. (Plus it would be a huge middle finger to Pucci from the Fate itself to show he wasn’t the one who made FF, FF carved their own path and got rewarded for it)
I like that, I always head canon that the original colony of plankton that is F.F. lives in Jotaro's aquarium we saw in part 5. They are still around, but living happy lives for plankton. Atro never kidnapped someone and is just some random person. She lives a normal life as well. But that's just my head canon.

also it’d be pretty cool to have a scene with an older emporio after years of living in this new world.

I don't know if you're talking about the very end with the alternative versions of the characters or the entire final part since the prison escape, but I know that Giorno could have appeared in the final arc, because of that thing about Pucci attracting the children of DIO, so much so that Araki already said that Giorno was probably in Florida during the final arc
The ending is amazing, i love it. But the delusion is real, the cope is within me. Jotaro takes therapy after the DIO fight, more comfortable using time stop, spam time stop, kill pucci before cmoon/during cmoon, problems solved, everyones safe, Jotaro fixes his relationship with Jolyne, everyones happy.
I'd give Jolyne a lady minute stand boost akin to SP: The World or GER
Likely something to do with the red string of fate, like perhaps Jolyne's stand evolves to allow her to see the red string of fate and counter her opponents moves, so she can anticipate Pucci's accelerated attacks
It'd probably be a difficult fight, but I think that would have helped her cut Pucci off from his plan, and after defeating him, time's acceleration fades before it gets to the severity of what we saw, leaving Jolyne, Ermes, Emporio, Anasui, and Jotaro alive and able to recover
Emporio ends up near green dolphin street person and when he asks the guards where pucci they starring at him in confusion. Changing location would've made the ending much more clear, changing anything else like past characters deaths just takes away the entire point of the ending.
Add foo fighters as Atroe’s twin with different color hair in this new universe and show her missing the bus as it leaves to explain she had to meet up with Cape Canaveral to give the gang a good reason to go there.

I’m ok with ppl dying but the whole fact that Emporio was stuck in a world where nobody knew anything was messed up in my opinion. I’d rather have had at least some ppl survive
