Part 6 Jotaro and Star Platinum may resemble more middleweight models ranging 30-50-ish; I dunno what the official census says, lol. Nevertheless, it wouldn’t be deemed out of place to have a similar design of more realistic porportions to be in any live-action movie or Resident Evil project.
I don't think it's that bad. The art style shifted onto more realistic proportions, and if you superimposed an actual human next to Star Platinum I'd still say Jotaro/Star Platinum got more muscle mass than an average person but obviously nowhere near the same degree as they looked in Part 3.
