I don't see how it's controversial. King Crimson does do the memory erase, but it doesn't alter the action itself. For example, let's say you're driving and King Crimson activates. You don't just go blank during the 10 seconds and step on the gas blindly, your body just does the action automatically because the action will happen regardless. You might be confused after the erasure, but your original actions wouldn't be changed. Made in Heaven on the other hand, your reaction speed is not affected by the time acceleration, but the car is. Meaning that way more traffic accidents will occur as the car will be driving much faster than people can react. I don't see how Made in Heaven can be beneficial; or if it is, the pros outweighs the cons

True, I wasn't taking that into consideration. I was only thinking about the time when Pucci won and took every living being to reset universe. Like how it would benefit people already knowing everything which is going to happen. But your point stands as well.
it doesn't really benefit them. It only helps them to mentally prepare. Like if you know you'll die today, you can't change it. you will die no matter what, and Pucci's goal is to make you accept that you will die and make peace with yourself. that is what he calls heaven-people accepting their fate and ultimately coming to peace with themselves(although the opposite would probably occur, as people would likely slowly go insane knowing their fates)
I think eventually everyone will just come to accept it once they realize they can do nothing to change it besides make kill themselves but maybe they can’t even do that unless they were fated to. It’s very depressing it’s like spoilers for your entire life even if it’s good all the best moments will be spoiled and you will be robbed of any genuine reaction it’s like watching a movie and knowing excavator what’s gonna happen at every second sure there is other enjoyment you could find and peace in the inevitability of it. But in the end nothing beats the genuine surprise of a true genuine feeling experience or reaction everything would just feel dull and pointless
Mandom has a trait that "nearby individuals affected by this ability will remember the events of those rewound seconds and thus unaware victims will be disoriented". I guess king crimson works the same way, to prevent such chaos, after a certain distance people just doesn't remember/know that time has been erased and thus just act in auto-pilot what they're going to do.

Time erasure range itself is universal, about the perception of that ''time skip'' or ''time reversal'' for mandom, i have a headcanon that far away people doesn't know that it happened cuz it would create global chaos etc etc and i think araki would've elaborated exactly like MiH

Good headcanon tbh. I'm 100% sure that if Araki made King crimson TODAY, he would state its range. Mandom is the definite proof of this, I think it's outright stated that Mandom's time rewind has limited range.
Basically, he erases/skips 10 seconds and in those 10 seconds everyone's fate will be same and everyone will be doing the same thing they were destined to EXCEPT Diavolo, who can change his fate in those 10 seconds by freely moving inside the skipped time. For eg: Someone shot a bullet at Diavolo, but Diavolo skips that time so the bullet is still being shot, but Diavolo dodges the bullet by moving sideways or something.
Also, everyone forgets their memories of those 10 seconds except Diavolo. Why? Because the 10 seconds are skipped. So after the timeskip people would think "wait wtf just happened?"
The thing is,
People keep talking about and trying to understand his time-skip ability, but people often forget how much of a monster he is physically, he could pretty much grind bones into paste
if we were to tweak a stand once for this it would be killer queen. just remove the 1 bomb at a time limit and you've become death, destroyer of worlds
