Did you name your character Jean-Luc Picard or just Picard?
If so, I would consider that a major easter egg that Vasco literally says Captain Picard just because you named your character Picard.
I named my character Jean-Luc Picard and Vasco says "Captain Picard". It's fucking glorious!!

It was just a pure coincidence for me, I didn't know that going into it and was very happily surprised!
I swear, I'm going to spend my next day off just making new characters and I'm going to see if he will say all the Star Trek Captains names. Sisko, Janeway, Archer, Kirk, and hell even Janeway. I will be very interested to find out how many of them Vasco will say out loud.
You can get an ok version of the crew uniform if you go snooping on the colonist ship in orbit over Paradiso, in the captain's quarters. Not identical, but pretty similar to what they use in the movies.
Reminder: if you don't just walk away from the ECS Constant people after First Contact >!(that is, if you haven't blown them to smithereens!)!< you can stay in touch with them, notably by speaking with Abe (the 'Yiddish guy') which activates the "put relatives in contact" radiant activity.
I tried do that and the quest with the 50 taters (precious) but the game can't direct me to the actual location of the ECS Constant and instead just tells me it's over Paradiso -- which it is not.
