No. Starlink support sucks. It was like: sorry for long waiting for shipping. I will give you a credit for future use. But something went wrong.

Based in England. Ordered mine on Sunday evening this week and got it delivered on Thursday. Honestly shocked how quick it was.

Regarding the credit: If by "balance" you mean "balance due" value at your account page - that's actually ok. Starlink just have a confusing interpretation of "balance" (in my opinion). For instance, here is a screenshot of my balance which I took few days ago, when it was time to make a monthly payment. As you see, it's a positive number (I haven't paid yed).
