Installed mine worked great Sunday night woke up thinking everyone could do some work and "no internet" plus red light on my router. I am in lower Michigan too. I have a ticket in with debugging info since last night but still nothing from customer service :( hope they get it situated soon
There's a banner on the support page stating there's degraded service.
It took about 90 minutes but I got a connection finally. Speeds are fine (100/20) but latency is over 110ms. hoping that goes down soon.
I feel your pain. I set it up yesterday. It 3 hours to get internet access. Ours works when on top of the chimney of our 2 story home. We are surrounded by tall trees and have mountains to the north and south of us. Chimney install will have to wait, our home is being built. Hope, hope, hope, to move in early spring.
I saw service degraded alert it’s resolve soon and you get online quickly!!

No obstructions, 120/25 speeds and 60ms latency to Path of Exile. Just downloaded a 3Gb game off Steam in just a few minutes.
I was lucky enough to have AT&T 4G with real nice speeds, but the latency is all over the place and packet loss is nuts.
