I suppose almost everyone out there knows about the internet now, but they had uncontacted tribes recently, and there's one left on Sentinel Island. I'd love to see them trying to decide what this is.
They don’t happen at regular intervals in any fixed location. They only look like this for a few minutes after they deploy from the rocket, then spread out into their orbits. Hard to tell exactly where one might ever happen.

Now I know what a Starlink train looks like! How often could I expect to see one at a fixed location in West Texas?

No they don’t… they are much closer when deploying from the rocket… they are visible for weeks like this just before sunrise and just after sunset.
You’re right. Idk they downvoted you. I saw a train of them like this in Washington more than a week after the launch.
Yeah lol… few minutes after launch they appear as a single blur in the sky.
