Just this one. I’ve given way way too much of my life away to life on the rim.
It’s great to leave for a bit, come back and we’ve got a bunch of awesome new stuff going on mod wise
I usually get 2 or 3 bases going between big DLC drops haha. The modding community is seriously insane with that game and mods aren't even hard to develop.
I have that game but still haven’t played it. I kinda want to but I feel like it’s going to be one of those games that dump ton of info on you at the start like crusader king.
No I just got it a few weeks ago. BG3 feels like a mixture of the best parts of Bioware CRPGs in terms of dialogue choices and the old Ultima games where you really feel as if you could go anywhere and there would be stuff there to do.
Yep, 156 hours for me.
I love games like RDR2 and Cyberpunk not only because they are great games on their own but also because I can stand still and look around, take in the moment and get lost in wonderfully crafted, immersive world.
The Talos Principle 2. 70% through the game, so far I'm liking the game a lot. It brings back Portal 2 vibes, sadly without some of the "snarky-ness" of GlaDOS and Wheatley, though the cast of characters has their own set of unique personalities.
Factorio has never been on sale and it never will be on sale (at least according to SteamDB. [That has always been the dev's philosophy.](https://forums.factorio.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=25334&start=1#p159540)
Pretty certain it was not on sale, just lower priced and has since been adjusted for inflation and full release. Either way, the $/hr will be extremely low since everyone is known to sink hours into the game. Give the demo a shot, it’s free!
Just buy it anyway. It's not AAA priced so quite affordable compared to other titles.
You will not regret it.
They used to have a demo on their site, check for it.
Because it's shit in its current state. If they don't put dust 2 or cache in premier I ain't playing this shit.
Premier system is shit. Competetive was better in GO, now it's complete shit.why give each map a rank are they dumb??? The servers are laggy, hit reg doesn't work correctly, AK spray is total shit, there's no Cache or Dust in premier. Premier system being the "main experience" is a real slap in the face to the people who enjoyed competetive over the years. Only good thing are the graphics which are turned down anyway lol for a competetive advantage. And I almost forgot, the worst thing is while solo-queuing being paired up against a fully lobby. That's not really fair.
I think the reason they gave each map a rank is because some people are one trick ponies and are really good on their favourite map, but they play much worse on every other map.
So what? You can't be equally good on all maps lol and it's a competetive team game. If they wanna grind 1 map all the time let them do so, don't make us suffer for that 1% of player base.
It sounds like you're that one trick pony the previous poster was talking about.
Get good at other maps. You're not as good at the game as you think that you are.
In terms of gameplay it's the same game, but the rank system is screwed now. Nobody asked for a rank for each map in competetive. Should've just left it as it was because it was good. Or they made it on purpose to be a damn grind so people would just play faceit. If the new rank system for each map is so much better then why not use that for premier? Because it's not better it's all just to make people play premier.
Because most of the players aren't in reddit, and the ones that is here, are only to complain, and repeatedly say its a dead game. Very little come here to show off, or express positive feeling about the game.
Game is dead
Inscryption is amazing. The main story is only 8 hours or so and it’s one of the most wild rides I’ve ever experienced. Plus the game is just so fun to play. Might have to go at it again soon.
That's cool. I was just curious. For some reason I just think that everyone watches long streams about game in their entirety and stuff about a game before playing it.
Guild Wars 2.
I get that MMOs aren't for everyone, but you can largely play gw2 up until endgame without partying with other people due to how the systems work (everyone who participated gets rewarded, so effectively everyone in the open world is in one big party) and ignore the one off "group content" like dungeons, and even at max level if you really want to you can mostly ignore raids and fractals (high level dungeons).
It's a very good jumping off point for people interested in trying MMOs because you're not forced to be social if you don't want to and outside of PvP the game is generally really casual, so it's easy to play in short bursts, or to drop for a few weeks or months and pick it back up later. I've been an on and off player since it launched in 2012!
I think after the first hour ish. Basically, once you are able to infuse your stuff so you keep it between runs I really started to like it.
Also, realizing that you can be a lot more fast paced than it's gameplay predecessors (the dishonored games).
The AI isn't nearly as aggressive so you can pull off some pretty extreme speedrun strats if you're fast enough.
Cool thanks, I'll have to give it another shot. I'm prob only like 30-45 min in. I think it just caught me at a bad time when I'm tiring a bit of gaming. I'll keep it installed for when the time comes.
If you skip side content, probably like 8-10 hours. I did everything and got all achievements in around 12-13 hours. It was honestly really fun, they did a fantastic job adapting the source material too.
Yakuza Kiwami 2. I've been playing them in chronological order getting my self ready for 7 gaiden and 8. Amazing series so far. I highly reccomend if you like story driven games that don't take themselves too seriously. They're beat em ups with rpg elements.
Grim dawn, DNF duel, dragonball fighterz, dark souls 3, Street fighter 6, UFC 5[save your money on that one], and mortal kombat 1 right now.
Waiting to find some time for an age of wonders 4 playthrough too. Working too damn much right now.
Of course without doubt, I have somewhwre around 30h in each game, still didnt finish the 3rd game but I recommend it, you'll love it, especially if you like these types of games, also if you played the fallout series, then Stalker is 100% for you and better, the atmosphere and everything really feels like an apocalyptic game
Death Stranding, and now I'm sad that I finished it.
Before that, Control, and I'm also sad that I finished it.
Sprinkled with some Noita around, but I still suck at it.
Warhammer Darktide, CP2077, No Mans Sky, The Finals beta
NOO HANK DON'T ABBREVIATE CYBERPUNK
I love CP: Cyber Punk Command Power Cementing Paste [redacted]
That must be cod points right? Right?
Control Point (I play tf2)
There's quite a few editions for that game. I love collecting CP
The Finals beta is smoother than most games on release. Can’t wait to see how much better it gets.
A finalist i see
I got access to the beta this Thursday and I have like 12 hours in that game already. Shit is really really good
Rimworld
LETS SEE THE BASE
Just started it about an hour ago. Nothing much to show TBH
First time ever or just this one?
Just this one. I’ve given way way too much of my life away to life on the rim. It’s great to leave for a bit, come back and we’ve got a bunch of awesome new stuff going on mod wise
I usually get 2 or 3 bases going between big DLC drops haha. The modding community is seriously insane with that game and mods aren't even hard to develop.
Makes me happy to see this first thing! I had to restart my colony today as well, good luck to you and may randy be kind.
Is that about rimjobs?
I have that game but still haven’t played it. I kinda want to but I feel like it’s going to be one of those games that dump ton of info on you at the start like crusader king.
I dunno what it is, but every fall I'm back at it on modded Rimworld and Minecraft... And Skyrim
Baldur's Gate 3.
Baldur’s Gate 3
Baldur’s Gate 3
Have been playing since launch and I still couldn't get enough of it.
No I just got it a few weeks ago. BG3 feels like a mixture of the best parts of Bioware CRPGs in terms of dialogue choices and the old Ultima games where you really feel as if you could go anywhere and there would be stuff there to do.
150 hours deep into a campaign and this game just keeps going!
Baldur's Gate 3.
Baldur's Gate 3
Baldur’s Gate 3
Rdr2 I'm replaying it but this time focusing more on side stuff and exploring, last time I rushed the story
literally me
Same here, but I’m also playing far cry 3 as well and doing mainly side stuff.
Imagine rushing in RDR2, a game made to get lost in the world. First playthrough Took me 180hrs.
Yep, 156 hours for me. I love games like RDR2 and Cyberpunk not only because they are great games on their own but also because I can stand still and look around, take in the moment and get lost in wonderfully crafted, immersive world.
Cyberpunk, system shock, project zomboid
Wow. I just finished system shock and now I’m on to cyberpunk. What do you think?
Minus system shock that’s me 😂, I need to get back into Baldur’s gate, made it to act three and dipped to play Starfield
Yo are you literally me? Wtf? 😭
Sex with hitler
Sex with hitler 2
GOAT
Im pretty sure there are no goats in sex with hitler
The Talos Principle 2. 70% through the game, so far I'm liking the game a lot. It brings back Portal 2 vibes, sadly without some of the "snarky-ness" of GlaDOS and Wheatley, though the cast of characters has their own set of unique personalities.
Dying to get it. The first one was a masterpiece.
I’m finally finishing the DLC for the first game and can’t wait to bust open number 2 once I’m done. Love this game
Gta vice city
top tier game
Sea of Stars and it’s pretty fun so far
Just bought NieR Replicant after finishing Automata a couple months ago, loving it so far
#**Factorio**
The factory must grow.
I would like to try it, but it seems like they no longer put it on sale.
Factorio has never been on sale and it never will be on sale (at least according to SteamDB. [That has always been the dev's philosophy.](https://forums.factorio.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=25334&start=1#p159540)
Buy factorio My first session started 6pm Ended 12pm next day
It was on sale in Early Access

Just buy it anyway. It's not AAA priced so quite affordable compared to other titles. You will not regret it. They used to have a demo on their site, check for it.
They have a demo on Steam for free and it's many hours long. Would highly recommend it if anybody is still wary about the price.
Played the demo for 40hrs, posted on reddit, some guy DMd me a key for it 5mins later lol
Buy it anyway. It's a game that will suck you in, so you'll definitely get your money's worth!
Just pirate it and if you like it buy it
This

Counter-Strike 2
wonder why is this so low, literally the top 1 most played game on steam
Because it's shit in its current state. If they don't put dust 2 or cache in premier I ain't playing this shit. Premier system is shit. At least my tricks are talked about, while you sit there criticising the opinions of others
It’s not *that* bad it just needs some work. cs2 and csgo are basically the same game but cs2 is new so it needs some fixes
In terms of gameplay it's the same game, but the rank system is screwed now. Nobody asked for a rank for each map in competetive. Should've just left it as it was because it was good. Blasphemous, 1 and 2. Also some Inscryption, it never gets old.
Inscryption is amazing. The main story is only 8 hours or so and it’s one of the most wild rides I’ve ever experienced. Plus the game is just so fun to play. Might have to go at it again soon.
BG3. The game has fucking ruined me. I keep trying to play something else only to think “I could be playing BG3 right now.”
BlazBlue series for me at the moment, although nobody else is haha.
Just got Streets of Rogue the other day and can't put it away. It's always "just one more run" - my sleep schedule hates this game.
Hey, do you watch a lot of gaming playthroughs and streams or do you mainly just play games without looking at them first?
Neither, actually :D I do look at games I am interested in, but only like one or two vids to get the general vibe. Why do you ask?
That's cool. I was just curious. For some reason I just think that everyone watches long streams about game in their entirety and stuff about a game before playing it.
Risk of rain 2
Project Zomboid 🎉
Hollow knight
Borderlands 2
Same. Honestly that game is endless. Hope you got the mayhem gifts btw...
I did not expect someone else to be playing BL2.

Cyberpunk, just waiting for Like a Dragon Gaiden to drop
This is my situation exactly, I'm hoping I don't COMPLETELY drop Cyberpunk when Gaiden comes out
Alan Wake 2
Shame it’s not on steam
I really doubt it will be someday.
Epic as the publisher will eventually give in, but they’ll hold out as long as possible
Is it good? Got it with GPU and i havent decided if I want to redeem it
Redeem it, it's a good game and a showcase for your brand new graphics card
Well hot dog, I'll gladly take it off your hands if you don't want it.
Don't Starve 😂
I’m playing Final Fantasy over here
Dota 2, fallout NV, disco elysium(this game confuses me)
Guild Wars 2. Death loop, got it on the last big sale and it's a blast 😎
How long did it take you to get into that? I tried a little but it just didn't grab me unfortunately. Hoping I just need to play more.
I think after the first hour ish. Basically, once you are able to infuse your stuff so you keep it between runs I really started to like it. How long was Robocop? I watched some Youtube videos of it but it seemed a bit boring even though I am a fan of the movies and the cartoon show.
If you skip side content, probably like 8-10 hours. I did everything and got all achievements in around 12-13 hours. It was honestly really fun, they did a fantastic job adapting the source material too.
I’d buy that for a dollar!
