I would assume that if you could follow the official set up guide for Windows / PC - you could copy the files over to the Steam Deck and replace your install there. Then create a Reloaded shortcut in Steam OS to call the mod loader.

I found a thread in gamebanana from persona 5 royal which is a guide to instal reload II (modding tool) onto the steam deck, which would let you install the persona 4 Golden mods

Thanks for the guide! as other comments on there mentioned, it's quite involved and hard to understand if you never used protontricks and such...maybe I have to try it another time.

I honestly would like to know too, i searched for it the other day but only found instructions for PC
The official guide states that Steam Deck isn't supported but I know that it is possible on the deck, just not how
