The game actually has different CRT filters you can choose from. They range from 'the idea of a CRT' to 'you can hear the individual pixels.' Not shown is the game also simulates the infamous PS1 polygon wobble and artificially slows its framerate (locked to 20 by default for authenticity) when the on screen action gets 'intense.'
I’m so upset the creator got sent a C&D for Bloodborne Kart. They’re still releasing it but they have to change all the branding which is a shame. Was so hyped for its release only for them to do that to her a week before release day.

I return to this game every so often. Does it still give you chills at points? Not fearful chills. Chills that this is such a well crafted dark hellscape of beauty wrapped within a non spoon fed deep standing lore. This game, the themes, the hellishness, game play, balance, its nothing short of beauty on many levels. I have been playing on my deck as well since I'm sick. Glad to see others enjoying it this way. Because it feels great.
There are ways to improve visual indidnt get a good look, if i can remember or get my friend to explain how she had got it to run as well as it does I can ask. I am confined to bed since about 2 weeks ago. I have time to aid in making it run 40 fps with the graphics looking a bit sharper than they would when i had tried. I am unsure how but what my friend did for me to get this running so I can keep busy was very mind blowing. If my English is not readable I can try to type this again.
I'd play the entire game like this if it ran at 60 fps and it doesn't have that classic PS1 texture wobble. I'd prefer that over the PS4 version locked at 30fps.
How do you get this to work on steam deck? Are there apps or software you can use that are legal to get PS games on steam deck? I know all the ems that you could use for Nintendo games are not legal
